Property Ratings at The Apartments at Fox Run
The staff is wonderful and respond to questions/concerns promptly and appropriately. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly--very congenial people live here. Landscaping is kept up, residence are kept informed of any and all changes well in advance. It may be a bit pricier than other places in the Newark/Heath area, but it is well worth it, you truly get what you pay for here!
The entire process of my moving to Fox Run has been excellent. Prior to moving in, I was kept fully informed about the status of my apartment and the contacts I would need to make (utilities, etc.). The property manager has been extremely helpful. She has gone out of her way to direct me to area resources. My brief contacts with other staff members have been equally pleasant. It is apparent that all who are connected with the operation of Fox Run take pride in all aspects of the development.
