Luxury apartments that do food truck Tuesdays and other events. Along with decorating for Christmas and a clean place all around pet friendly too.
One of the many reasons for this review is the back-to-school events this year. It's always a great opportunity for students to reconnect with friends, meet new teachers, and get excited about the year ahead. They provided my 2 teenage daughters, and grandchildren some supplies for this year.
Gated community, pet friendly, smoke free, plenty of parking, etc. Managing staff works with you and are courteous. Even the maintenance guys are great. Clubhouse and pool are very relaxing and private. Great community with schools and grocery stores nearby.
Not only are there luxury apartments, but everyone here is so nice. Olimpia helped me with the moving process and she was so great. She walked me through everything and answered any questions I had. Maintenance is super helpful and quick too. The high ceilings and modern kitchen makes me feel like I’m living in a high rise. Such a beautiful community, I highly recommend it!
I have been here for over 2 years and it's a great place to live. The apartments are pretty new so they are very clean and modern. The new management on the property are very nice and a lot better then the prior management. There's a pool and a gym at their clubhouse. This is a great place to live.
We have lived here 2 years and we love it. We love all the amenities, the pool is heated so we use it year round. It's beautiful. I love the playground for my grandchildren when they come to visit. The apartments are new and beautifully designed with quartz counters and stylish modern cabinets. I feel like I'm at a resort on vacation living here.
We recently moved to the Isles from out of state. Melanie and Giovanna in the leasing office made the process smooth and organized. We are very happy with the apartment size, aesthetic, amenities and the space is as depicted on the website.
Don’t even bother with this place horrible management and even worse customer service, extremely rude and disrespectful. They don’t help at all!
I have lived here for almost two years, I actually was one of first resident that leased when they finished building. The management has recently changed and I can say that they are great! I love living here my dog love it here as well. The dog obstacle course they built is his favorite.

We want our Residents to know our doors stay opened 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and now we will be open as well on Saturdays starting 09/17/2022. Our phones are answered every time they ring, and emails are responded to always! We are here for you ALL! I wouldn't know where to begin, with all the hassles and run-around I had to do. The property manager or whatever the Job title is for this individual Yasmeen, extremely unprofessional. This lady clearly does not know what she is doing or does not want to do her job. I always had to call the office, they never called me. I was told numerous times that " I will give you a call back" and they never called back. I kept having to call, and never picked up the phone. These ladies in this office are very unorganized and again extremely unprofessional. They are not willing or able to help with the process. Will get an attitude and tell you "you have to understand "I'm the only one working. which is not the proper way to talk to customers extremely rude behavior. Total waste of time waste. Save yourself the hassle is not worth it Complete incompetence! Disgusted with the whole process and incompetence.
Office has the worst Customer Service. No one will ever pick up the phone.
BEWARE! Phone calls and emails remain unanswered by the leasing office staff. We paid application and administrative fees through their leasing website only to find out, when someone finally answered my call two days later, that the unit assigned to us was unavailable. They did not offer us any solution or discuss a refund. They did not get in touch with us the following day, either. Don't waste your time with them! Very unprofessional and worst experience ever.
I moved in here a few weeks ago and Yudy has been absolutely amazing!!! There were a few issues upon moving in, but she went well above and beyond getting it all taken care of. The property is super nice, but Yudy has made the move in process and all of my issues an experience that has been amazing. Thank you Yudy. I look forward to living here for quite some time!!
The apartments are huge and modern. Quartz in the kitchen and hurricane impact windows. Love them.
