Property Ratings at The Willows at Burlington Mill
We lived there exactly one year, in which I had nothing but problems. The staff and maintenance is horrible! It's now been a month since I moved out, and just as it was when I was living there, I am still unable to contact anyone in the office! For the many problems that I had, no one was reachable! At any given point, I would send email call and leave messages, even walk over, but the office would be closed and no one would be there! And no one would ever respond back to my email or my calls. My dishwasher was broken almost the entire year we lived there. And the shower head. We had multiple things stolen straight from our porch. Including my son's bike seat, which was ripped off from the bike rack it was locked to! I also had a problem with my rent payment once, which of course was hard to resolve given no one was there to speak to about it. I incurred a bank fee completely through fault of the office! Whenever i possible DID speak to some one, I would receive contradicting, confusing or wrong information. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I now live at a much better place, and pay less!! Do not move here, you will regret it. Even the leasing office at my new apartment, had much difficulties contacting them during my move in/ move out, in turn lengthening and making the process far more stressful. I regret spending an entire year at this place, and wish I never spent a dime on this crappy apartment. I was a GREAT tenant, always paid my rent on time, and spent probably hours all together picking up trash around the property. There is not one good word i could say about the Apartments At The Mill. I feel for the people still living there, as i had many conversations with other residents who shared the same problems and feelings.
I went to the Mill yesterday morning at 1130 to check the complex. The units are very nice. I would recommend this as a place to be called home.
I road by and seen these apartments ... The are so beautiful... And when I went in and spoke to someone about the apartments are very friendly and respectable.
Very spacious, cozy, warm and soothing apartments. Cant wait to move and start memories with my family.
Beautiful rich environment! Best place to call my home. Soon my little boy will meet the world and join me in our new modern comfortable home! Appliances are up to date, luxury front loader washer & dryer, and wide spacious living area. These are not 5 star, these apartments should get BEST APARTMENTS OF SOUTH JERSEY 10 stars!!!
