Everyone is very nice and respectful. I do live here and I can’t say nothing but nice things. Really sweet office staff, helpful, and will take care of your concerns the best they can. The staff are amazing people! The complex is near everything, good schools and the apartments are up to date and modern! Ray’s Maintenance Team is great. Every Time I put in a request for something to be fixed it’s done that day!!!!! If it’s an emergency maintenance request they are very quick to respond and get it handled as fast as they can.

I went to talk to Emily the property manager about my dishwasher not working properly. Emily right away solved the problem and the next day sent the maintenance and installed a dishwasher, works great. Also the maintenance Devante was very professional and did a great job installing the dishwasher. I love loving here! Thank you so much!

I have lived at the Apex on two separate occasions, and both times have been phenomenal. First on a year long lease on the first floor, and the second has been two years on the third floor. I am very thrilled about the vaulted ceilings and colossal deck that I have currently. The recent renovations were tough, but now that they are wrapping up, this place is loaded with amenities. The new pool set-up with the bar and grills is perfect for the summer, and the gym has everything you would need and then some for your casual exercise requirements. I highly recommend investing in a garage space as well, not dealing with the winter scraping is a huge blessing. Walking distance from the convenience store, local bars, and movie theatre has kept me supplied and entertained as well if you don't drive. The staff here treats me like royalty. I have never had a problem with a neighbor that couldn't be resolved with a simple conversation, and I would even consider a few of them friends. Very family-oriented and respectful community in my experience. Treat others the way you want to be treated and you will have zero issues. I am heading south for a new job opportunity, but if I was returning to Minnesota, I could see myself moving back into the Apex in a heartbeat.

It’s a pretty good place to live! I lived here for about two years until I decided to move more into the city otherwise I would have renewed my lease for another year. There’s a COMPLETELY new management team and are working hard to ensure to fix the mistakes of the previous management team and their residence are happy. Go on a tour and seen their renovated units. Mindy is super helpful and would be able to answer all of your questions!

So many things that make this place a horrible place to live. Definitely not worth the high rent. So much construction and never finishing. Noise is unbearable and they don’t give any warning. But they somehow think they can charge luxury apartment prices. This is unacceptable. The washer and dryers constantly breaking down and even destroying clothes since they aren’t properly maintained. They took away most visitor parking and illegal to park on Burnsville streets at night. I’m not surprised so many vacancies lately. It’s too bad, since this location is on a hill with good views.

My boyfriend and his roommate live here currently, and my boyfriends truck got broken into and got his shotgun, his bow, a bunch of work tools, a hunting blind etc. ALL STOLEN. Over 1000+ dollars worth of items that got stolen and they didn’t even look at the cameras to try to catch it. They never looked at the cameras, they never called him, they never apologized, they didn’t do anything!!! DONT MOVE HERE

Towed first day of living here, was told I they would "look into fixing that" never got any call or help. Also have had a fence blocking use of the balcony the entire length of living here.

Constantly getting notices about upgrades and better things but they couldn’t even fix the parking lot. They caused a headed for parking while doing it and didn’t even finish spray painting the whole parking lot. (Didn’t fix a single pot hole or the speed bumps just painted it and called it good. Our gym has been closed 5 of the 10 months. Constantly seeing cars being towed. The visitor parking is a joke and mostly goes to people they hired on to do these great updates. The office team is a complete joke. They are liars, lazy, rude, and unprofessional. Constantly having plumbing issues or having water turned off. Never put up proper notices or communicate clearly on upcoming updates. I would much rather be living a nightmare then be finishing this lease. Save your money and time and find somewhere else because this is not a place to call home!

this place is a joke.do not rent here if you don't want to regret your decision later.they are just trying to get your money ,but don't care at all about the residents .do not recommend this awful place, be aware they are scam artists,just look at the reviews
Laundry card machine never works, management is terrible. They never take any complaints no matter what it is unless it’s a “noise complaint” over walking in your own apartment. The ENTIRE parking lot has massive pot holes that have wrecked car tires. Snow emergencies done 24/7 which is very inconvenient to park on the road. Don’t tour unless your touring YOUR actual apartment. They make it seem like all the rooms are upgraded but they are not. I’ve had non stop issues in my unit. You don’t get what you paid for and pool and hot tub are closed more often then they are open. Go somewhere else. I cant Wait to get out of this place. Save some money and find a way better place to call home!
If I could have moved anywhere else I would. For the price you pay you should have amenities (washer and dryer in the apt) but you don’t get that unless it’s the upgraded apt. The units smell like constant weed and gross foods. Screaming kids everywhere. Called the cops on the people above us numerous times and they didn’t do anything nor did management. Heating and air don’t flow at all through the complex. Have to run a fan constantly. Not a good place to live for the money you pay.
