I love it here! This is a warm and welcoming community for my girlfriend, myself, and our 35 plants. Great staff, awesome events, and brilliant amenities. I hope to live at the Apollo for years to come.

Apartment is great and very well maintained, no complaints there. The guest policy is unnecessarily stringent, as only allowing one guest per unit is too few.

I've been here almost 5 months and I love it. Great staff, nice apartment, quick maintenance, wonderful neighbors couldn't ask for much more.

We love the Apollo! It’s such a gorgeous building in an amazing location. The leasing and move in processes were great and the leasing team is very responsive to all communication. The building is clean, we love our apartment and we’re so glad we moved here!

The building is great and they are very responsive to any issues that arise. They replaced my refrigerator within a week and gave me a loaner when mine broke.

Choosing to live at the Apollo is not just choosing an apartment or floorplan, you are choosing a healthy lifestyle. This is has been the longest I've stayed in one place as I've become smitten with the Apollo community - ranging from the staff to my neighbors across the hall, to those I know through using the dog run on the roof. Ever since I moved here, I feel so fortunate for having everything I need at walking distance - the grocery store, my dog's pet store, his vet, the book store, Union Station to get to work, and so much more. My life has become significantly more balanced and healthy because of the accessibility to community events and groups. I've felt far less isolated. I didn't think such a large apartment building could develop so much warmth and familiarity and I've really appreciated it. We'll be sticking around for awhile :) if you are on the fence, I strongly recommend it!

Incredible amenities, friendly staff, great location. Moving in was a bit chaotic but that may have been because I moved in during the weekend and not regular business hours for the staff. The parking deck is well protected, though operates through a separate entity. Overall the price of rent makes complete sense for the amount of benefits this apartment gives.

The staff is awesome at helping out when things go wrong. They do their best to find the best and quickest solution. Everyone is friendly and approachable

I love it here. It's quiet, clean, SMELLS GOOD in the hallways! The gym is great. The concierge is friendly. I feel like I belong here. Also, they have plants everywhere. It is so aesthetic.

Great building, great amenities, very clean. Only con is the layouts listed online don’t always match the apartments. Make sure to tour the apartment in person or ask for a video walkthrough of it before signing a lease.

Great experience living here so far. The move in was made very easy. I love the pool and amenities. The building itself is very beautiful with lots of character.

Overall great apartment, wish more businesses on the street were not closing down or being broken into. But great internal amenities, and the staff is friendly and the building is cleaned often.

Day 1 and so far I'm head over heels in love with my new apartment. The other residents seem friendly, the staff is warm and welcoming, the amenities are as promised...top of the line, and I could not be more pleased.

Everything has been great so far! I just moved into my apartment and most of the people working have been really helpful with everything which I appreciate.

The apartment and amenities are awesome! Overall, the staff has been great also. One person at the front desk was rude, but the rest were very friendly.

Ultimately love living here! Easy to meet and make friends, plus plenty of amenities to enjoy throughout the year. And a huge appreciation to the concierges for always giving my dog a treat.

Generally the pool rules need to be enforced better to allow residents to enjoy the area without too many outsiders crowding it. If we are paying amenity fees we should be able to have a peaceful pool experience.

I've loved living at The Apollo for the last 3 years. It's a gorgeous building with excellent amenities and views of the city! My favorite thing about the building is the friendly staff. Even if I have an issue, I can find support and receive help right away. Rent is a little high for value and Bozzuto has questionable ethics, but I've loved the building so much I was willing to pay a bit more - nothing like it in the city! Convenient location.

Great service and maintenance and nice amenities including large gym and pool, also close to whole foods and trader joes. Nice location close to Union Station

Have been helpful through and through with any issues even if it’s not immediate it usually gets resolved and staff is very kind and helpful

The Apollo is a fantastic place to live. The concierge is always responsive. The building is exceedingly well maintained. And the staff is so friendly. Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly.

I love living at the Apollo! The amenities are wonderful and I appreciate all of the events they do for the community, especially the ones with external partners in the Noma/ H ST area. The apartment is beautiful and spacious

My experience here at the Apollo has been good and bad. Management and maintenance need to do better job for the price that we pay to live here.

The Apollo is a beautiful building with great amenities! The concierge team is amazing, always friendly and helpful. The gym is stunning and includes two Pelaton bikes!

I love living at the Apollo. The building is so beautifully curated in a way that is rare for luxury apartments. The amenities outmatch the competitors on H street by far. Front desk concierges are friendly and helpful; maintenance is timely; and the community is great.

So nice, better than the photos! There are many shops and restaurants nearby and everything you need! This apartment is spacious with all new amenities

This place is amazing so far! Really loving it. The amenities are fantastic. I have a studio but it’s pretty spacious. Concierge is very helpful.

The staff are amazing and the maintenance crew are fantastic. It can be a little loud in the H street side and the neighborhood is still up and coming. But a fantastic building and experience living here overall!

I love living at The Apollo and the community that it offers! The leasing staff is super friendly; the maintenance team are quick to respond to requests; and the cleaning team around the building are hardworking and wonderful.

We moved into our one bedroom in August and absolutely love living here! The staff is always quick to assist you with an issue and the photos do the complex justice!

The Leasing Office and Concierge are very responsive! Nice People! I have lived here since May 2023 and enjoy it. Gym amenity is impressive and the pool table on the roof is nice.

We love living in the Apollo! Fun resident events and great shared spaces. Having the coffee shop in the lobby is amazing plus the package lockers are super helpful.

Everyone is great! I’ve been living here going on 5 years and the staff is amazing, especially the maintenance staff. Also, the building is in a prime location. It is in proximity of almost anything one need - grocery stores, CVS, restaurants, work out gyms, you name it!

The Apollo is the best place I've ever lived by far. The value for the amenities and living space is excellent, and staff has always been friendly and helpful. If they recycled glass, it would be unbeatable! ;)

The Apollo is amazing! The community and events and staff are exceptional! The building is kept very clean. The community is nice. I really enjoy how exciting the staff makes the living experience by hosting the fun events. I really like how professional the staff are. This gives a really unique and exclusive experience. Loving it.

The staff has a great attitude and are ready to help. I just moved in and to my surprise I was welcomed with a cute little welcome box. It’s been a great experience so far.

Everything about the Apollo has been incredible. The apartments are beautiful, the pool and rooftop spaces are the best I’ve seen in DC, and the maintenance team is great.

The staff is absolutely fantastic and really what keeps me here. Space planning for the apartments is also really great. That said, there has been an uptick in community incidents that haven't been communicated well, and as the building is hitting six years open, some things are breaking down more often.

The Apollo is a great building - safe, nice sense of community and great roof-top pool, and grocery store in the building. For someone like me who works long hours, it has everything I need at my fingertips.

Almost 6 months in and we love it! The facilities are wonderful, the staff if thoughtful and helpful, and the location is excellent. Thank you Apollo for making us feel so at home!

Neighbors and staff are incredible. We'd love to hear about community events a bit more in advance, but so far the living experience has been stellar!
