Really clean apartments, we just moved in and really enjoy it! I seen some comments of people saying their is roaches but not in my apartment haha never seen one but I do keep my place very clean. also love how peaceful it is here awesome apartment.

I move to Arbor Place this month. I like the area . Very friendly neighbors. The manager of the apartment is professional. She makes sure everything will be taken care of. I like that I am accross the street to Fresno State football stadium. Me and my wife along with my sister in law Alyssa love the place. It's close to good shopping centers and fast foods. The maintenance are very helpful and friendly. If you got bug problems just get on the spray list. You can get your peace and privacy from the Arbor Place apartments
