Property Ratings at The Arboretum
The location is stellar and the the management is extremely friendly and professional. There were a few minor maintenance issues which needed to be fixed (dishwasher being the biggest one) but, upon notifying the staff about these issues, they tended to them immediately.
Great floor plans. Plenty of space. No lighting. Management asks you to register with 40000 companies. But clean and quiet and centrally located for a good price.
The maintenance staff responds quickly to service requests, the office staff is very helpful, attentive and communicates often. Great community , Thank you!

Neighborhood is great, parking restrictions not so much. They will tow/boot your car even if you’re a resident. No highway anywhere and traffic can get really bad. Nearest highway is 15mins. Maintenance is great I believe they deserve a raise.

A peaceful society with lots of trees. Members over here are quite helpful to the new comers. Warm reception at the leasing office as well. A nearby shopping center is a bliss , not to drive the car for each and everything. Will recommend any family to please visit this apartments before finalising anywhere else.

The management and maintenance staff are great, very responsive and helpful. The location is also great, very close to the Arboretum shopping plaza, and to major transport arteries and public transportation, in a good part of town.

Feel like you paying a lot for less but it’s ok not that bad pool is nice amenities in general but the apartment it’s low quality not really luxurious

We moved into our apartment in January, and we absolutely love it! It's conveniently located right next to Walmart, along with other great things within walking distance. The amenities are top notch! They have a dog park which is always in excellent condition, a brand new fitness center, and a very spacious club room area. The property itself is always kept in outstanding condition with their maintenance workers, and they've always completed any work in my apartment in less than one day. If you're looking to move to Charlotte, or to the Arboretum area in particular, this is the absolute best decision you could make! The office staff will always be there to lend a helping hand!

It's been 10 months since I moved here, and the experience has been positive. It is quiet and I feel safe even at night when get home from work. Property staff always keeping informed and updated on events and/or of services being done to the property. It's a great place to be in the right area.

It is going good, we didn't have any issues till now except one, in of my rooms the A.C vent dosen't work and they said why might would have to move to another unit

I like the location and the apts themselves. The staff is great. I would like to see more frequent treatment of the grounds and buildings for cockroaches, as they are everywhere and there are a lot of them in the evenings and at night.

Very professional staff, they are no nonsense. They will work with you to straighten out any issues. Very efficient and effective maintenance team. Apartment complex is well kept and there aren't any problems with dogs that I can tell. I like being close to shopping centers, and I also like coming home to a very pleasant looking apartment complex. I've only had issues with hot water, which maintenance fixes right away.

Live here if you want them to take advantage of issues and overcharge for things they claim aren't their problem. Like insane water bills and when their parking lot floods and almost totals your car and they blame the city even though they own the parking lot.

Overall love the complex, just can tell some things around the apartment was cheaply and quickly done. Nonetheless, you will rarely find the square footage and space elsewhere. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Really can’t complain. Just minor things but overall satisfied.
