The Arbors Apartments

I have been living here about 2 years or longer and the office works with me and helps me and is very understanding people I give 5 stars because when you need something fixed they come! I’ve never had a issue speaking or contacting the office! Thank you again arbors apartments!!!

This the first place, that I didn’t let the reviews scare me away lol. I never had a bad experience, neighbors make noises probably one day out the week on Fridays. Which is no big deal. It’s safe in the summer. Overall it’s a great choice. My favorite it’s the small lake and walk trail in the back

Literally takes months to fix anything. Our cars keep getting broken into every single night, yes we lock our doors. The office refuses to add more security they won’t do anything about our missing or stolen items. I can’t wait to get out of here

Overall a decent place to live. Staff is friendly, they try to keep it clean, but I just wish they would do something to control the kids running through/trashing the hallways. I’ve rented from a variety of places and have never witnessed such disrespectful kids.

I have lived at The Arbors for 2 years now and I can tell you that I have really noticed a difference in the last year. They completely hired a new staff, office and maintenance, the staff they have here now cares about the residents and returns calls and takes care of the work order very quick. I always see the guys doing something, like picking up the garbage that people throw on the ground, anything to make the property look better. I would recommend this place to people looking for an apartment.

Lady In the leasing office is so rude!!!!!!!!!! Her attitude is ridiculous makes you not even want to stay in the apartment. Neighbors are too loud!!!! Other than that the updated apartments are nice and spacious. Walls our thin you can hear neighbors conversations :(

I was looking to move into a 2 Bedroom Apartment but the bathroom was nasty. The tub was black, toilet was brown inside, old floor, tiles following off the tub. They stated I would have to sign the lease order to get my tub glazed. They can kick rocks. I didn't sign the lease.

This is my first apartment by myself and I thought I was getting a great deal when I moved into this apartment complex. When I first moved in, there was paint all over the bathroom counter and floors. There were stains on the counter top and inside of the cabinets. I told Cathy about it (the manager) she told me that I had to clean it up myself and that the paint would come out. The tub was not glazed and I understood why they could not do it, because of a current incident with another resident. However, whenever things were resolved, they never glazed my tub. So I have stains inside of my bathtub. I have numerous of yellow stains on my carpet and in the kitchen. I informed Cathy about it and yet she did nothing! This past weekend I noticed there was mold growing in my dinning room and that the floor was extremely wet. I told Cathy about the issue on September 6, 2016 before I went to work and I showed her pictures of what I was seeing. She insured me that the maintenance workers would go into the apartment and take care of everything. When I got home yesterday, I noticed nothing was done to my apartment! The mold was still there and it actually started growing to another section. I went into the office today (09-07-16) and told Cathy that nothing was done. Cathy lied to my face! She advised that Billy went into the apartment and treated the area. However, another worker advised that Billy claimed he did not see anything when he went into the apartment. Cathy advised me that they had pulled up the carpet and treated the area. She said it was not mold and that it was mildew. Mildew is not black, MOLD IS! She told me that my carpet needed to be cleaned and that she would have that done. I showed her the pictures and she said she would go in there today. My question is, if Billy stated there was nothing there when he went into the apartment yesterday, how could they have treated my apartment? No one called me today to let me know what was going on. I had to call and ask what the next steps were. I was advised by Sonya that there was a pipe (to the AC) that had come undone and that the padding underneath my carpet was extremely wet, filthy, and needed to be replaced. She advised they pulled up the carpet and is going to replace the padding and treat the area for mold, and have the carpet cleaned.

Hello my name is Jerel Mccrary and my apartment sucks. I don't have no garage for my own car which lead to the owners towing my car due to an accident. The owners told me that my car was abandoned and that they had to tow it because it was just sitting in the parking lot for too long. Then I don't have a dish washer so I have to constantly wash dishes on my hand which causes me to stand longer then I anticipated. I am disabled at the time with a brace on my right leg and it is hard getting up the stairs to my apartment. The mail box sucks, and every time I try to close the mailbox I have to slam it because the mail box is not properly stored in the wall. Just about every day there is an repair issue with either my toilet bathroom sink or kitchen sink. I am sick of tired of paying rent but my apartment is not worth the money

I've lived here for 7 years.The management is wonderful... Maintenance staff is great

I have lived here 6 months and I don't have anything to complain about. The staff is great and the maintenance is done in a timely manner. The property is well maintained and my neighbors are really quiet during the fall/winter seasons, summer gets a little noisy, but it is to be expected.

every weekend I stay at these apartments for a day and a half. once I return to my home my clothes reek of cigarette smoke.My Friends down stairs neighbor is a heavy smoker and it fill my friends apartment. If you can look past the smell I know your lungs can't look pat second hand smoke.
