There is a communication problem and it is hard to get ahold of management regarding certain things during the move in process. They take a long time to respond but the staff is pleasent otherwise.
I really will enjoy the community. It really looks really nice and relaxing for my new home. I will enjoy to love my new community and my neighbors looking forward
I have lived here a long time. I am content living here. The Arbors staff are wonderful. They always follow up when I need their help. MAINTENANCE are very knowledgeable about repairs and makes sure they clean up. I’m just happy to live here.

Despite some issues with our move in process, we absolutely love to live at the Arbors. The neighborhood is clean, green, and quiet. The leasing team quickly reacts to the maintenance inquiries. The community is safe and family friendly. I like that it is gated and protected by security guards. Our kids love spending time at the pool and playground.

There is always trash or recycling cans out on the street and it makes things look a little trashy around the community. But other than that things are OK just wish that people wouldn't park on the street behind where our car is parked in the carport.

Very friendly staff in lease office. Love the amenities. Been here a week and loving it. Love all the tree lined streets. Love having a backyard that is fenced in.
Look at the online reviews prior to moving here. They are all true from the mold to the roach infestations, property management team and community in general. If you have another option, I would go with that one. My lease lasted 5 days but do not get stuck here. I was lucky enough to get out because of a satisfactory clause they have.
New resident just moved in. Worked with Deborah she was wonderful with the move in process and so helpful. Community looks nice. Can’t wait to use the gym looks great. And the place looks nice lots of windows to look out.
We are a big family and feel very welcomed. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The property was clean and the home is perfect for what we were looking for.

There were bugs when we moved in. I asked management to spray and they did in a timely manner. The bugs got worse when the neighbors moved out so management had to spray more often. Now there are no bugs.
It's pretty chill.just don't like all the vehicles parked so close to my driveway on both sides.doesn't give me much space to get out of my own driveway.maintenance peeps come most the time same or next day. n office workers are pretty nice n helpful

I’m enjoying my new home here at the Arbors. The process was fast and easy and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. I was given a number of different options when it came to picking the right unit for my family and I. We are very happy here.
It is a good place to live although there are some elements due to the age of the building that exist. Management and maintenance are very good.

The Arbors is my favorite place! I feel like I live in a beautiful park,surrounded by mature shade trees, where families of turkeys graze in the morning and evening. My "house" has a big storage shed and a front fenced in patio and a back yard covered & fenced in patio. I feel safe waking my dog at night or day. They have a nice dog park, but I prefer to walk my dog so we both get exercise.

It is in my opinion that the Arbors at Antelope is a horrible place to live. I feel that most of the staff does not care about the residents at all and I feel the staff is very neglectful.

Living at the Arbors has many family-friendly benefits, from large yards to gorgeous grounds for walking/picnicking. In addition, the ability to use an App to submit work orders is very efficient - and I have never waited more than 24 hours to have a work order completed. Living here removes the worry and stress of private landlords, as you have professional staff dedicated to assure your 'home' is comfortable and safe.

The Arbors at Antelope has become a horrible place to live. The staff doesn’t do most of what they say will they do. They complain about doing their jobs. Nobody ever answers the phone. Nobody ever answers questions. If I had to do all again I would never move here. But they raise the rent so much every year you are pretty much just stuck here and it’s disgusting.

I have lived in multiple units, left and then came back. It is a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance try their best to make you happy and take care of any issues. My kids also love it here. It is great to have a pool accessible, nature areas, and schools in super close proximity. The landscape is beautiful and the neighbors overall are great.
