The Arbors of Euless Apartments

I really appreciate the Leasing office, Management, and Maintenance staff in this community. I had some issues at first when I moved into the community; but a lot of it had to do with me being stressed out and feeling bad about asking the Leasing office questions that I had (don't do what I did, just ask..everyone is very helpful and kind). I needed maintenance to fix my sink when I moved in and that worried me initially but when I found out how old the buildings are, it made sense. My building had a roach issue, but since the Leasing office had my building sprayed at least twice, I haven't seen anymore roaches at all. ???? Maintenance staff is prompt and if there is ever a delay for whatever reason, they do their best to make it right; I really appreciate that. All the staff and people that live here are pretty friendly and I feel safe (which is really important). I really appreciate living in this community and feel grateful for the opportunity to do so.

Application and move in process was a breeze thanks to ms. Brittney. She answered every question and made sure all concerns were top priority. Great and affordable rent as well

I love the staffing, it makes you feel very at home before making it home! Love everything about the apartment! Wish I would have seen it sooner !!!

I love it here but price going up but new renters moving in pay a lot less. Not sure I can stay here anymore sadly. Place is great safety and noise wise but no dog park

Overall it's a quiet, chill place. The Air conditioner in my unit can be upgraded it's a bit old, other than that, the maintenance team is fast when something needs to get done. The office staff is also very friendly and responsive

My experience here the past 2 years have been great! I have never had much of any issues and the neighbors were amazing. I felt right at home within this community.

Staff works with you in these trying times of economic increase. They are kind and will go above and beyond as long as you communicate with them. Communicate is key!!!

Not very amazing Roaches on the slab on day one with smell coming out of water and faucets But Britney helped alot amidst this although everything is not quiet well

Quiet neighborhood and convenient to lots of stores and highways. Office is quick to respond to service requests. Office staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding.

The enroll procedure was smooth and the neighborhood is nice. According to the price and the apartment living standards is good. The kitchen is little small but is adjustable. The markets are near so it’s more convenient for the grocery shopping. They also have laundry inside so it’s more convenient to do your laundry.

Very friendly and easygoing. The staff here are very helpful and they explain everything thoroughly and I love the hospitality here! Very great!

I've enjoyed my time at the Arbors of Euless. Maintenance is quick about their work. Everyone in the office is kind. Not a lot of noise outside. Safe to walk kids or pets Great area, Great place to be!

Great services friendly staff , and are always willing to help figure things out . Good looking and affordable apartments . Also they are very understandable people

The staff is frendliy and informative. When I have a problem I feel like it is handled expeditiously. I don't have much issues with the noise which is huge for me.

Ms. Brittney is so sweet and understanding! She’s the best… The Apartments are ok and it’s a quiet and safe complex! No troubles and I’ve been here 2 years.!

We have been treated so good since the day I applied for the unit and the neighbor is so friendly and the set up for the unit was great. I would recommend Arbors of Euless to others and how great they are.

I love that we have a very responsive staff on all levels. Easy to talk to and they listen. My wish is still out there for a dog park but otherwise we have beautiful green spaces around us. I’ve had no issues with any neighbors and feel very safe here. I love my immediate neighbors too

It is always great to stay here at arbors. The apartments are well maintained and pleasant to stay. Its a place we can call ours and absolutely love it!!

The Apartments are fairly quiet except for kids throwing trash and rocks.i dislike the parking arrangements and the roaches are HORRIBLE they crawl on you there is too many holes cracks etc in this apt on top of i have done everything to stop the roaches i want to move again that is how bad this is !

The staff and maintenance here are outstanding I love it here haven’t had any problems, it’s quilt and the neighbors are nice and outgoing I highly recommend this staff and community to anyone looking for a great home!

…average complex no major amenities or upgrades. Parking lot has pot holes no assigned covered parking. Can hear thru the walls and ceilings.

The Arbors of Euless staff are ok the office staff is very nice and understanding and the maintenance comes the next day when you put an order in the place itself seems old.

I love these apartments! Everything is so l cute and well kept. Staff is also very friendly and helpful with leasing and any issues I’ve had!

It’s awesome to stay here! The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Were had initial issues of roaches, after the pest control it’s much better!

I moved in today. Everything was clean when I got my keys. Only thing is, when the leasing agent leaves the office no one is there to answer phones/questions/concerns. I waited over 20 minutes to get my keys because they had stepped out to show an apt before we had arrived. This goes with a lot of apt complexes…but Will give an updated review later on. So far I’m happy with my apt!

Been here since 2022. Maintenance is always prompt with any request, never had any issues with neighbors and have had about 4 since being here. Community is quiet, front office staff always polite. Other than the water bugs ever so often it’s a great place to live.

The work orders are done very fast on timely. The staff addresses my concerns in a very timely manner as well. Overall, I have a very good experience living here for the past couple years

I love the complex it’s a very quiet neighborhood everyone stays to there self very cool calm place to live at nice place to call home you will like living here

Overall we have had a great experience with the Arbors of Euless. Would highly recommend without hesitation to those looking for an apartment in the area.

Great place to live very clean-living property is well kept the apt staff are always helpful and friendly I think there could be more activities could be done with the community of the apartments but overall is a great place to live.

From the time I walked into the office to picking up my key to my new apartment yesterday, these ladies were phenomenal. Just what I needed and actually the first apartment I viewed in my search.

We are enjoying our year 2 at The Arbor Apartment. My favourite thing here is peaceful community, well responsible staff and specious area of the property. There is no doubt I can say this is one of the best staying in my life so far.

The office staff was absolutely amazing with helping me lease my beautiful apartment. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. The apartment community is quiet and clean.

Feels very great. The apartments are clean and noise free. Staffs helps with the problems you encounter. Services are easy to request and comes in no time.

Love it here. Everyday I wake up still in shock that I live in such a beautiful apartment ?? my last apartment I was stuck on a lease being abused, living with mold and roaches and now here I am in a beautiful clean luxury apartment with my peace. It still doesn’t feel real.

Not bad… not great… get what you pay for. Maintenance comes when you put in a request. They’re trying to make it better. A few things I dont like, but it’s all a matter of personal preference l. Nothing against the complex.

There could be some changes made to the complex with improvements to the sidewalks( when it rains, it is horrible attempting to get into your place) and lighting within the parking areas. Neighbors can be quiet on some nights, however, there have been instances of loud disturbances. Pest control needs to be improved( roaches) IF you smoke, this is the right place to be, there is a lot of that taking place, you can smell it within your home and even just walking outside( and no its not cigarettes/ tobacco smoke) Not really sure if I wish to stay( renew) lease here. The area is really nice and quiet

Really good apartments, maintenance is quick to respond and it’s a safe area so no worries about parking or having anything stolen. There is also a good amount of restaurant varieties nearby.

Good community to live in. Nice staff that helps you when needed. Prioritize the important things that need to be first. Has good amenities.

I absolutely love it here. It is very quiet. And love new the paint job. Never have any issues with management, maintenance, or residents. Also in a convenient location with Kroger and Cirle K at the corner.

Nice and quiet neighborhood seems safe and the staff of very polite, professional and helpful.Also maintenance comes quickly when you put in an order.

I have liked living at the arbors. It has been an all right time. The neighborhood can be OK. But it used to not be as bad as it is now. It used to be more clean and the people weren’t so aggressive. But it still is a good place to live.

Getting access to my apartment was so easy and Victoria was great. Communication has been so punctual and the process of getting everything situated was awesome

This community has the absolute best staff ever!!! Ms Brittany goes above and beyond to help her tenants. I love being apart of such a great place
