Interstate 184 runs north of town and Interstate 84 runs south of it, with the Boise Airport located on the south side of I-84. Although Central Bench is mainly residential, there are a few restaurants and businesses on the south side of town.

Property Ratings at The Arbour
Apartments are nice, and the community manager is nice. They look at before tax, when calculating if you make under the amount to live there. As someone who definitely doesn’t make enough to live in boise after tax, this is ridiculous.
I recently moved into these apartments, very content with management making my move in experience quick and easy. I highly recommend The Arbour Apartments
Just moved in and I already love it here . The office staff has been very helpful and have been very respectful and also responsive with any questions I had about the property and the process of moving in.
I had a scheduled appointment with the property manager at the arbours, and it was a terrible experience. She was incredibly rude and seemed completely disinterested in helping me. Despite having a confirmed appointment, she acted as if I was an inconvenience. Her unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy were shocking. I would not recommend dealing with this property manager to anyone.
