I have nothing but great things to say about management and the maintenance crew at Arcadian. They have always been very responsive and taken care of any issues or questions I've had. They also do a great job of communicating with the community!! I've lived in both apartments and homes and I love my apartment here, it has everything I want or need.
I’ve only lived here for a short time, but love it so far. The amenities are wonderful, and I genuinely feel safe in the community. The location is great and has given me the opportunity to explore the cute town of Grand Ledge. This is luxury living at its finest! I’m usually enjoying the clubhouse amenities (pool, gym, office space) on my days off. The manager (Michelle) does a great job with making sure everything is up to par and if I have questions for her she is always willing to give me the information I need.

Me and my wife came and took a tour, amazing place! So many amenities, and the apartments were so updated. We were really shocked at how beautiful they really were. The young lady in the office Michelle was very helpful and helped a lot answering all of our questions. While doing a tour another resident also bragged about how nice she was and helpful. Definitely helped make up our minds. Soon to be out next home? Just might be. ??
The Arcadian and their management is the best I've seen yet in the Lansing/ Grand Ledge area. One manager who stands out to me is Michelle. Her performance is always exceptional. She always goes above and beyond for her residents and her work ethic is commendable. Also a plus, she even plans little events to bring the community/residents together. By doing so she helped me open up to my neighbors and I've gained friends. I am so happy that I've made the decision to live here at the Arcadian!

Absolutely a nightmare living here! Management is the worst I have ever seen. Management told me they'd let me out of my lease...LIED. Also let me know that she can come in and out of my apartment anytime she wants. WITH OUT NOTICE

Hello Sean, We’re saddened by your review. Our team works hard and makes every effort to assist anyone with any situation or concern that is brought to our attention. We appreciate and welcome all perspectives. Customer service is always our top priority. While we fully understand that circumstances can change that may prevent our residents from fulfilling their lease terms, I can assure you that our on-site management team will address every situation as stated in your written lease agreement. Additionally, we do our very best to re-rent your suite to help alleviate your financial responsibility to the lease. Per our lease agreement, the on-site management always provides a written 24-hour notice of entry prior to entering any apartment unless there is an emergency situation. Again, we apologize for any misunderstandings and thank you for your feedback. Our door is always open if you would like to discuss further in person as great communication, transparency and customer service is always our top priority.
We have had multiple issues with neighbors smoking marijuana and it entering our apartment, specifically my babies nursery. The staff continue to make empty promises on catching the culprit. It does say in the lease that smoking marijuana is not allowed on premises and those smoking it would be evicted within 24 hours. Our neighbor dumped their bong water out on our patio. The apartments are poorly built. Amenities are still not open. Smoking cigarettes is allowed which we also were not aware of. Our bedroom is regularly 7-8 degrees colder than the rest of our apartment. I have lived in Colorado where smoking marijuana has been legal for years and I have never had any issues with it coming in to my own personal living area. Moral of the story is don’t waste your money and energy living here.
