Property Ratings at The Archer
They use false advertising to trick you for $300 bonus gift card to sign the lease, but never gave you. Takes forever to get a key to my apartment, I paid for two people and only got one key. And every day I had to call them and just get more excuses and delays from the leasing office. They failed their job and made it like I am bothering them and being demanding. I simply ask for what I paid for, nothing more.

Stay away and don’t even think about getting an apartment here. The maintenance and management are the worst
This place has to be the worst place to live in. Terrible management and disrespectful. We have no hot water for two weeks now and when we call they hang up and they don’t care.
The swimming pools never clean them. The service never responds and does not even have air conditioning. NOT RECOMMITING this place to anyone! You're going to regret it. NO TE RECOMIENDO QUE VAYAS, te prometen pero NO cumplen.
this place probably has to be the worst place on Earth to start when you first get the place half of the things don't work you have to call maintenance to come fix everything and I do they fix it falls apart again the hot water doesn't work they try to get extra money from you and all together it just sucks as a place to live as pot holes in the ground everywhere you go and there's at least 45 units in this whole place cars are getting holes in your tires from potholes every single day nothing works even during the pool season during summer time the pools are always green never blue that means nothing has been up to date so that means they're understaffed and they don't care about the community that we live in!
Ever since I started living here I have had an issue to report and they take for ever to repair or they don't come at all. I sometimes have had to repair myself. The place is always dirty, there is no dog trash so you will find dog poop everywhere. Laundry is awful, washing machines are never working and there is not a single person responsible for returning the money back that you loose for no working machines. Management is terrible it like talking to people without any education and even worse it like taking to the wall. They have lost packages and they have signed for them, even if you show proof they signed it they take no responsibility for IT. Thank God I will be moving soon from this place. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO EVER RENT HERE! TERRIBLE PLACE!
I have lived here for 2 and a half years, I am a student, this is my first apartment although I have lived in many. _____ Emergency situations will be taken care of within hours, small 10-minute repairs will be done within days, anything in between will take weeks if not months. The property is very old so there are tiny holes in the outer-wall allowing bugs to take refuge inside the walls. However, keep your apartment clean and you should have little problem. I had none until I got depressed(unrelated) and it got messy, then they came out. Water goes off constantly, hot water--enough to be annoying, electricity goes off more than any other location. The office staff is nice and they do their best. Their are two other apartment complexes on property and UPS/USPS constantly--I mean constantly.-- delivers your packages to the wrong location. They're human, it happens, but here it happens more often than it should. I personally don't mind living here, it's an affordable place. The landscape between apartment buildings really is beautiful. There are twisting trees and winding roads, Forest really is a great name--someone has taken it upon themselves to put birdhouses here and there. I am a poor and patient person, if you are not and can afford better, I suggest you go elsewhere.

LAUNDRY MACHINES DO NOT WORK!! EXERCISE ROOM EQUIPMENT HAS GONE OVER A YEAR WITHOUT BEING REPAIRED!!!! MAINTENANCE DOES POOR JOB!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
