Hello, Your wonderful feedback and rating mean a lot to us. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you in the future! Best, Siera Rasmussen Community Manager
The Arden is unable to keep up with tenant maintenance requests. I was hopeful with new property management Greystar the situation would improve. Unfortunately, there is a lack of communication with tenants. With focus on providing tenants with treats and goodies in office versus resolving maintenance and cleanup of property. There is still no dumpster available by my building for nearly 1 year.

Thanks so much for your 5 Star Review! We really appreciate your feedback. Best, Siera Rasmussen Community Manager
I’ll be looking to move out at the end of my lease or earlier. This is the 3rd round of management since I moved in and it is so far the worst. Good luck trying to talk to them as they lock their door and don’t answer phone calls. They act pissed off as soon as you ask them to do anything. There has never been good communication here. They started a month long carport project (that made it harder to park and had jack hammering outside our apartment at 8am every morning) without ever sending an email. I’ve had two work order requests in since mid January that I haven’t had resolved. One is a broken dishwasher and the other is mold. They refuse to enforce any rules so say goodbye the the community amenities. The dog park is piled high with poop. I spent an entire Friday night with a couple other people picking it all up but it is now full again. The staff would not send an email or put a camera up. My one attempt at using the clubhouse was denied because of COVID - keep in mind I was told face to face in the office when the manager was not wearing a mask and I was. I tried to clarify I was not throwing a party, but just wanted to rent the clubhouse kitchen to cook a lot of food. Our exception was not even considered. The gym has been a constant problem they do nothing about. Throughout my time here there has been a group of people who don’t wear masks, and then those who don’t wear shirts, and then those who don’t wear shoes… None of that crowd wipes down equipment. The apartment staff doesn’t care, and won’t do anything to maintain the cleanliness of the gym. The only people who deserve credit are the maintenance crew. Chronically understaffed and backed up with orders, they show up even on weekends and in inclement weather and do a good job.
I have been in my apartment for one year. My apartment was one that had been recently remodeled but you can tell that it was done in a hurry and that there was no attention to detail. My bathroom drawers did not function properly and two of my kitchen drawers were also no properly installed. The biggest issues I had with the apartment complex is the parking (not enough parking near your apartment if you are not assigned a parking spot and given a garage instead. The garages are very tight, parking a SUV is very difficult. My water is shut off due to maintenance for an absurd amount of times since I have moved in and have never been credited on the water bill for any of those days. There are transients rummaging through the garbage areas throughout the day and night. The apartments allow people to smoke in their apartment and sends the aroma to all of the apartments surrounding. I do not recommend these apartments/

Just moved in and could not be happier. Everything is modern and nice looking. I love the gym and sauna, nice not have to pay for a gym membership along with walking to the gym.
We are new residents of Heatherwoods apartments and let me tell you, the staff so far has been nothing but friendly and welcoming from the start. When we first walked in, the atmosphere was warm and we already felt like home. Getting approved was a dream come true!
This is the best place to live and I would recommend this place to my friends and family members.
I love my apartment! I love the layout and I really like the staff here! Plus you can walk to two grocery stores, numerous fast food joints and other retail stores. Plus the TRIMet train is only a mile away. There's also a public softball/soccer field right behind the complex! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I moved here from Colorado and the entire process was efficient and easy. No matter who I spoke with in the office, they all knew my situation and were able to help me with anything. I gave 4 stars because you can occasionally hear your neighbors and parking can sometimes be an issue (not horrible though). Overall this is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!
This place is well taken care. Always clean. management is always keeping it up.
This was my first time getting an apartment, and I was slightly nervous, however, the staff were very friendly, even when I had to keep coming in to ask a bunch of questions. (They even remembered me about a month in and asked how everything has gone with the move!!!) I was able to apply for renters insurance within their office which was super helpful because I didn't know that was required to move in. They have a cute little playground for my son in the summer time, and a pool. While all these things are great, parking is VERY limited. In order to have a permanent place to come home to to park, you must pay $15 a month. But this was disclosed before I started my rent here. Also, I live on the third floor and have a fire place, BUT moths come through it!! I wish I would have known this prior because moths get in everything and I have had to throw away countless boxes of cereal that pop open, and I find them everywhere. Overall, I have positive things to say about my apartment complex and would recommend it to friends and family.
I really enjoy my cute little apartment...the layout is great for many decorating ideas. I love the laundry room, off from the kitchen in a room of it's own, rather than behind some sliding closet doors in a hallway like some apartments I have rented and seen. The porch/balcony off my living room is spacious...it has a street view but there are so many trees, shrubs and grass that you barely realize that you are close to the street at all. The management team is wonderful...very helpful and pleasant and the maintenance men are right on with the work that needs to be done ! I called about a leak in my bathroom and when my washer quit working, on both occasions the maintenance men had it done the same day before I got home from work ;-) We have a nice pool and hot tub outdoors and a decent gym indoors. I really love the fact that my complex, while being in a comfortable and relaxing location is also a couple blocks away from the shopping centers ,restaurants, gas stations...whatever the need, it is sure to be close by !! I just really enjoy my little abode and all who help keep it pleasant !
