Work orders are well taken care of, communication is great and they do what they can to keep up with the cleanliness of the community! Great bang for your buck

If you want to live somewhere that consistently ignores your safety this is the place for you. This places lets stray pitbulls run amok and when brought to their attention tells you they are not legally responsible if you get bitten. They have allowed the trash to over run into the parking lot. When asked about it they blew us off. Please for your sake, run.

These issues have since been addressed and trash is now pick up on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. In addition, we had not been made aware of a pitbull. If we do see strays on the property, Animal Control is called to come handle the issue. I like it here, the environment is nice and quiet. I like the parking rules, other than the reserved and handicap portion, residents and visitors are free to park at any open portion. The maintenance is swift, all you needed to do is to just put in your request and it’s done. I think I have found a place to call a home and will gladly renew my rent.
he Radco Community is GREAT i've refer'd a few friends and my dad because he likes how well kept the home area is. And mrs. c is a doll she made sure everything was right and tight for my wife and i to move in and even once we were settled she called to check on us multiple times.. even when the neighbors complained mrs. c was still understanding and called to fuss us out but she was nice about it ... lol i love her!!!
If you’re a simple person who just needs a clean place to live that’s inexpensive and fairly quiet this is your spot. I’d say the office staff is friendly and I haven’t had any real issues. I love the salt water pools. There is also an Amazon hub where all your packages are delivered. I’d say this place is simple and easy.

So after I moved out they failed to inform me of any charges that I owed, so they then sent me to debt collections. I knew nothing of this until I applied to a new apartment complex and THEY told me about the charges. I have since then for almost a MONTH now been trying to get everything squared away, I paid off my debt in full and sent proof to City Chase to get my account balance updated to $0 so I can find a home. I have COUNTLESS times emailed, called, and left voicemails which they time and time again fail to respond. Thanks to them my husband and I are left without a home, because with a balance on my renters verification, no one can rent to me. I hope to hear from them soon, because if push comes to shove I will fly from California to get this sorted out. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!
Ever since the management staff was changed ever seem to fall in place! Both managers are knowledgeable of the property and always helping out on the residents needs! Definitely love the change and hoping that both girls stay for a long time....
I wish i could leave no stars. This place has been the worst experience in my life. I toured the unit that I was moving into 2 months before I moved in. Clarissa stated that things were going to be changed or fixed before I moved in. THEY WERE NOT! It developed mold (before Hurricane Harvey). I called and notified Clarissa of the mold. She stated that she was putting in a work order. Weeks go by, and nothing had been done. I spoke with Clarissa yet again, and she tells me there is no mold in my apartment, while I'm clearly looking at it. I had to get loud and threaten to hire a lawyer for her to tell me to clean it off myself. I call the day before Harvey hit, and they stated that there was never a work order placed.The next young lady was very helpful she placed a work order for someone to come after the hurricane was over. By then the mold had spread. They came in and eradicated the mold, but did not offer me any apologies, not compensation. NOTHING! Ever since then every time I call and Clarissa answers, she has an attitude with me. I hate calling in because she seems to be the only one that ever answers. She talks to me like I am her child and I am supposedly incompetent. I am a realtor! I know my rights as a tenant. When i lost my job due to Harvey they were not willing to work with me, and threatened to evict. A plus side is there were a few times that I paid my rent late online and it did not charge me the correct late fees. I wish i could attach pictures to show you how bad the mold was.
Please do not move here. Ever since Westchase Crossing was bought out and became "City Chase," we had nothing but problems with them. They refused to answer phone calls. Also, we received a notice that they would be fixing the concrete in the parking lots, but then put caution tape around our entire apartment building and have began re-roofing. The roofers were littering literally everywhere, there were bits of roof everywhere because they just throw it off. My dogs weretoo scared to go outside because roof bits were falling from the sky. We never received a notice about our roof, and when I complained about them just throwing off parts of the roof while we were walking our pets, they just put caution tape around the pet walking areas and littered more. I eventually stepped on a rusted nail because of the roofing and littering. I contacted the office, they took my information and assured me that a representative would be in contact with me. Never happened. Our appliances were not working and we were told that if we wanted them to upgrade them that we'd have to pay. They also allowed anyone and everyone to live there. We had neighbors move in that were horrible. Drug abuse, domestic disputes, violence, etc. The police were contacted several times, as well as the office. Once the police came four times in one night. One of the officers spoke with my wife and advised her to tell the office to contact them so that they could confirm the criminal activity, which we did. Nothing was done. We later found out that none of the people living there were on the lease and that it was being subleased against the knowledge of the office. All of these things were breaches of lease. Nothing was done. The place was also completely infested with roaches. Everyone I knew that lived there complained about this same issue. Sprayers came out and it did nothing. The buildings are too old and outdated. We were finally able to move out and it was the best thing we could have possibly done. Do NOT live here. You're just money to these people.
They're ok for the price. Things get done but you have to put in the leg work to get things started. Honestly I see maintenance a lot and I'm friendly so they don't seem to take a long time to come fix something but normally I do have to call about twice before someone comes over to fix something. We've had plumbing issues more than anything and it seems like they have to keep coming over to fix the same things. I also found out that I had been overcharged for a few years and after extensive talks they rectified everything and credited back what they could. They do seem to have new people here but I haven't had any issues. I can't comment on if things have changed as I haven't had any issues lately.

This complex is in a great location. The buildings are kind of old and the fixtures appliances can be upgraded. You just have to pay an extra $50 per month. The tenants keep to themselves and the area is pretty quiet. They do not have a fitness center but there is a 24 hour fitness center within walking distance.

These apartments are good for the price you are paying. The people here are nice and friendly. The staff is very helpful especially Rachel!! You also have access to plenty of restaurants and stores!!
