I recently came to view the property and I must say it was amazing. The property looked outstanding and the units looked great. Sam,Kayressa(spell check) and Amber were amazing as well it’s not too often I’ve met an amazing staff at a nice property. I highly recommend living here and hope to live here as well.

Management & Office staff are very helpful, community is nice and has lots of amenities and they are doing great accommodating COVID guidelines, dog park is wonderful for fur babies!

We had an appointment for an apartment tour to check-in. We drove to the leasing office and waited for 30mins during normal office hours and no body showed up. None of the contact numbers including the emergency maintenance contact were reachable. Don't waste ur time!

Samuel is awesome! He has been great during my transition into the apartment. He is quick to respond, answers all of my questions, and walk me through the move in process from beginning to end. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Maintenance has been quick and helpful. I would highly recommend!

The WORST apartment I've ever lived in. There's hidden fees, the "management team" is uncooperative and uninformed. They will charge you for damages that you didn't cause. Windows need to be replaced and the walls are paper thin. The apartments are infested with spiders, ants, and cockroaches. Do NOT move in to this apartment complex.
Overall we have been pleased with our experience over the last two years here, however will not be renewing our lease for the following reasons 1. Parking is aweful and we can never find a spot if coming home after 6pm. With a new baby my husband doesn't want me to have to lug the carseat and our baby up from the street at night. 2. Rent is getting very expensive. The rent for our unit is going up to almost 1500 if we renew our lease, and for a 2 bdrm apt that's nowhere near downtown we feel this is way too much. A new company purchased the complex and rent has climbed significantly, making us and others feelike they are pushing people out. But as 25 year old responsible professionals with a baby I don't feel like we should be the crowd pushed out. Other than these reasons the carriages has been a nice place to live. The staff has been really nice and we have never had any problems. The new company that purchased the complex has done some nice updates to the outside which have made it look much nicer including painting, new balconies, and new landscaping. Bottom line though is that we would like to save some money, and don't feel like this place is conducive to that nor worth the high rent.

It's really good apartments and very well maintained.they always helpful when something needs to be fixed.just got painted outside too so looks really new.friendly ppl too and lots parking
I be lived at The Carriages at Fairwood Downs for 4years I've enjoyed everything about it accept they raise rent ALOT every year.
