nice and quiet area to live but i would recommend putting in a playground on that big empty park space for the kids to enjoy. that would be nice.
New to the community and so far I like the way the staff has been treating us. The lease signing went really smooth and communication was on point.

Silverado is one of a kind. It's difficult to find an apartment complex that is both affordable and great staff and service. Yes the property is past 30 years old so yes it has normal wear and tear. It is not perfect but it is great service clean and the staff makes all the difference. They are dedicated and truly care about the community. I wish all residents cared as much as they did. Most do but of course there is carless neighbors that don't pick up after their own pets. Or abuse the amenities just like every other complex in the planet. The difference here is the team, the price, the location and the peacefulness. Very happy here!

I loved these apartments. They kept it clean. They fixed things fast and pretty quiet. I never had any problems besides parking, it’s horrible but other then that it’s great

If you own a car it’s best to find somewhere else to live there is never parking spaces. And if you watch the cars that are parked there they don’t move ever they sit there for months.

I considered looking into a one bedroom here because it was convenient to my job at an energy company. But when I learned that they might move a noisy family into a one bedroom next to me, I looked somewhere else. It falls far below the standards of the neighborhood. If you are a professional, or an adult looking for a quiet one bedroom, look elsewhere.

Overcharges unsuspecting residents. Glad I have been paying a fraction of the amount for the same services in other places since I left. I have requested an explanation multiple times and did not receive a response or an explanation. They say they will use a collection agency or other means when they are asking to pay money on time, but they refuse to respond when asked about an explanation for the charge. Stay here if you want to always be on guard about being charged for more than an honest amount and never receive a response or an explanation for it.
Much older apartments. I would love to have a fireplace, it makes it so nice,but i do not. It is very small not able to navigate with a wheel chair,not possible. This would be a blessing more then you know.
