Property Ratings at The Arlington Village Apartments
Do not move to these apartments, they limit the water and the air conditioning does not work well because they put a nibel where you cannot move it and one passes hot and cold and there a lot of cockroaches
I’ve lived here for about 6 months now. No roaches or bugs of any kind. Any time I have an issue maintenance is always right on it. It’s very quiet. Occasionally you’ll hear kids playing but that’s about it. If you park in visitors you have to register your car or it will be towed. Haven’t had any issues with parking or not being able to get a spot close to my apartment. Did have to pay $25 for a gate card which I feel is ridiculous. One thing that does absolutely bother me is there’s just the one gate and it’s not a security gate because you can walk through to the other side at any point in the complex and the emergency exit gat is locked and has a fence on the other side so when/if the power goes out there’s no getting in or out of the gate and that’s a huge safety concern for me. You control your thermostat. I’ve noticed my apartment still gets hot even with the air on but it is upstairs and the sun is like right on it in the evening the property manager (not sure what his name is) is very helpful. Leslie in the office is great and will actually look into things and get them taken care of. The other girl is a little rude though. Definitely going to be here a few years until my family and I get a house
I just moved In last month and so far my experience has been good. Office staff is helpful and they fix things so fast, I mean it you are barely hanging up the phone and guys are knocking on your door. Extermination is done weekly I believe since I've seen the exterminator here with a maintenance guy going and treating the apartments. I dont have bugs at all. The only thing they need to work on is light on front area of property.
Dont move here it sucks made me renew my lease just to move to a different number not cool when not even suppose to didnt fix any of the problems I was having whatever you do go somewhere else
Worst apartment I've ever had!!! Tub fills up with someone elses toilet flush gross!!!
I lived there for 31/2,years when I moved in the carpet was already old and stained after 2years and rent raising every year I asked to take out my carpets and by law after 2years they should be replaced. They said no but they would clean then but I needed to move all the furniture. They don't enforce curfews my neighbors apartment flooded because the people upstairs water heater blew up and they did nothing. Don't live there it's infested with roaches. Then my dishwasher broke they put a old stained used one in with broken wheels and sent me a letter I owe 826$ for carpet replacement when all the units are hardwood floors now, and cleaning 4 mini blinds all my mini blinds were new except one and it was not broken, charged me for not cleaning electrical outlets and a toilet and painting. You don't think your gonna have to paint and replace a toilet seat after someone lives in an apartment 3/12 years ?. Good luck they will hear from my lawyer. And that was after they kept my security deposit. Oh this place is full of roaches. All the time. So glad to be out of that overpriced disgusting place. Oh and they charge you 30$ a parking space tell you after you move in and if you don't want a reserved and can't find a space close to you're apt and you park in visitors they have your car towed. Luckily that never happened to me but I would have to park a building down sometimes carrying my groceries or laundry. And there are accidents at the entrance at least once a week with residents trying to make a left into the apartment and people slamming into the back of them on division St.. Good luck. I wouldn't do it. You will hate it. The all bills paid: if you wanna freeze in the winter and sweat in the summer go for it.
I came to the office to get information about the apartments but I was surprised how the Manager cannot control her anger because a resident was complaining about having many roaches in their apartment and the paint was falling off from the ceiling and walls. Once I heard that I stepped back and I decided to stay away from that community.
They took my money 4 months ago said I need to hurry up and pay to secure it to be ready Four months later still in same apartment management is very unprofessional
Disgusting over priced apartments there is no pool , gym on complex laundry mats dont work nasty neighbors trash everywhere paying $800 u recieve no cable or anything other then the small apt and its infested with roaches no matter how much u clean they will never leave they get inside your fridge cabinets restrooms the office employees dont care about anything except your rent ive been here for two months and im ready to break the lease
The owners and staff are a Blessing in how they treat and have Blessed us with our clean and quick response to any issue
