Property Ratings at The Arlington
The apartments are INFESTED with roaches. Doesn’t take heave in maintenance request. The property manager is rude. They will threaten to evict you if you are 2 days late on rent.
I have been here almost 2 years and of right now, the pool is still closed (it has been closed for close to 4 years). Bugs are a big problem (i spray at least one a month and it still doesn't help. People are constantly throwing their garbage outside of the dumpsters, and the marijuana smell is constant, to the point where I don't want to sit outside on the balcony.
The Leasing Manager Ariana and the Maintenance Manager Corrin have been fantastic! This property was an absolute disaster when I arrived and the previous manager was absolutely terrible! Since I've been living here this complex has gone from horrible to MUCH BETTER! I attribute this success to its Leasing and Maintenance Management. These people clearly care and I see them go above and beyond to make things work!
I moved here pregnant just for me to never live here , apartment was nit cleaned or touched at all for that matter before i moved in , cabinet’s absolutely disgusting ! I cant even use my kitchen paint peeling and holes in the wall. When i moved in my door and patio door has been broken since move in , THE ROACHES OHMYGOSH!!! And i dont mean the small ones BIG COCKROACHES the “ pest control “ never works I couldnt have my baby in these conditions please dont move here they dont care about nothing but getting their rent , outside is disgusting pool is green if you’re not home by 5pm you wont have a parking spot And has a severe hornet infestation The whole place needs to be gutted !
Don’t let tenants see apartments before signing lease then move them into roach infested apartment. Apartment infested beyond what their pest control can fix. Force them to pay lease cancel fee. No refund on security deposit or first months rent. Be careful before deciding on here.

It will cost you a fortune to life here because you will quickly realize the stingy roach infestation & want to RUN. Literally. You can try to break your lease before even moving your belongings in (due to reasons that are no fault of your own) & they will charge you an outrageous fee and then you can’t afford to move elsewhere. They don’t care about you and they will put on a front like they do just to send completion emails to maintenance request that were never taken care of & spray bleach on mold. This complex is disgusting & will take ur money to KNOWINGLY place you in an uninhabitable environment and not bat an eye when your family is suffering. SAVE YOURSELF

The stench of the place will burn your nose hairs and bring tears to your eyes. The dirt on the walls and floors will make you want to puke. The costumer service is, amongst all, rude. Do not recommend to anyone but my enemies. This is a living hell hole.

The new company that took over has done a really great job with the renovations and cleaning this place up. The manager is super sweet and helpful.
New owners are sincere and paying attention to the needs of the community. I talked to my friends that live there and they are thrilled with all of the work being done. Ya Ya Wills
Nice looking apartment although it's over priced. I am in a newly renovated apartment.. I was glad to move here because the neighborhood is nice and nice looking. Since I have been here I have seen 3 roaches. I have an 8 month old and that is a deal breaker for me. If I had known this place had bugs I never would have moved in period! The kitchen cabinet paint is peeling off and the inside of the drawers were dirty until I cleaned them. Basically they took short cuts renovating. Not worth the price. Appears to be nice until you move in. Oh and I reported the bugs and the lady at the office "doesn't know" when the exterminator is coming.
I've lived here for 3 years and the new management that took over has been excellent. The staff is very helpful and responsive! I got to see the new renovated units and they are beautiful! My husband and I will be moving into one when our lease ends. The work being done around the property including the pool is great, and I am very excited about all the changes that are happening!
It doesn't matter how many new companies take over, they would have to burn this place to the ground to actually get rid of the roach infestion. Old, ghetto, and moldy.
