The Arnold has been great to work with. Despite reviews about the Greystar communities, we have been really impressed about the response time of staff and maintenance. The property remains clean and tidy. Only complaint is that the dog park is never cleaned, which is frustrating of both the other owners who don't pick up and management who does not enforce it

Please bring back fetch as my packages keep getting stolen. The staff is nice but you can tell that they are overworked so sometimes request take a few days to get resolved.

Our packages are stolen or just go missing with fetch. Really wish there was an option for on site package lockers with cameras to prevent theft.

Great communication with the staff, they were very nice! They were also very quick to respond to emails and the whole process was very quick and simple.
Management is amazing! The office staff are always so helpful! I am loving the events and all the opportunities to meet my neighbors. The maintenance guys are so kind and so efficient! It’s very different from any apartment I’ve lived at, so I will definitely be renewing another year!
Love it here! The people are very friendly and gym is very spacious. The noise is very reasonable considering you're living on 6th and you can easily access all the lovely stores and entertainment areas of the local area.

I have experienced an extreme lack of communication from office staff and have been ignored and treated unfairly. Monthly rent is high but average for Austin I believe but doesn’t include utilities Wi-Fi parking trash services package delivery services etc.

I would consider just about any other living arrangement. The cost of living here is unjustified and almost feels like price gouging. Management is unwilling to negotiate with tenants and does a poor job maintaining the property. 1/10 rating.

I've been here for a few years and I'm proud to say I love this community! The amenities are incredible, I LOVE the fitness center! You can't beat this location. Finally, the STAFF! I can't imagine the challenges they have faced the last two years with the winter storm, pandemic, economic hardships, and all that comes with it! You guys are rockstars, and it doesn't go unnoticed! Great location. Apartments are okay. Community is young 20-30 year-olds, very friendly. No families with children. Dog park is tiny. Security is low (practically non-existent). No concierge. Mail stolen 24/7. We got a coffee machine stolen from the mail room and every day there is evidence of vandalized boxes (ie., torn open). Complained with the leasing office, nothing was done. It’s a deal breaker for us. Ordering stuff online became too much of a problem while living here.

The overall feel and look of the place is simply brilliant! It's clean, chic, and is the first apartment I've ever lived in that actually felt like home on day one of moving in!

The overall service, maintenance, gym upkeep, package issues, etc are all garbage for the price we pay. Have never lived in an apartment that takes this long for even minor issues to get fixed

I am so happy with my experience at The Arnold! The office staff is so friendly and quick to help. Maintenance always tends to my work orders in a timely fashion and the amenities are incredible! I will definitely be renewing another year!

The Arnold is a prime location with great amenities! The fitness center is incredible! I'm loving all the improvements & upgrades! The staff is so friendly & helpful. They have been nothing but compassionate throughout the past years' challenges throughout the pandemic, economic hardships, and the winter storm, etc. I will definitely be renewing!

The Arnold is a great apartment complex in the heart of blossoming East Austin. The amenities are amazing and everything you want to do in East Austin is a short walk away.
The Arnold is such a great apartment with awesome amenities. Brad, Katie and James make it easy for me to stay here. Definitely recommend!

The Arnold is in a great location . Walking distance to most things you would need . Management has changed in the past few months and is not great at responding to concerns or completing issues that arise .
