Property Ratings at The Arthur Historic Apartments!
I visited the Arthur on a weekend and fell in love with the unit I toured. I asked the leasing agent I was in contact with if I could call to ask questions before signing. My response? Absolutely! I have called three times and have never received a reply back. I’ve messaged the apartment twice, with no reply. All I wanted was to ask some customary questions before signing a lease, but they never answered. You might get a better response talking to a brick wall.
