About The Arthur - Lynnfield

Units are reserving quickly! Reach out if you're interested in touring the building early. These units are the nicest in the area. 12 Ft Ceilings. Water Views. Quartz Countertops. etc. Come take a look. The Arthur - Lynnfield consists of 23 apartments. 14 are 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath. 9 are 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath. It is Brand New Construction. The 2BR are approx. 1120-1250 SF. The 1BR are approx. 850-900 SF. The price range for 2BR are approx. $3,650-3,750 depending on SF and location. The price range for 1BR are approx. $2,800-2,950 depending on SF and location. Occupancy will begin Aug 2023. The entire building is electric. Tenants will have an electric utility payment to Peabody Municipal Light. Every unit also has their water usage sub-metered. Tenants will receive a bi-annual bill for water usage. The building is on private septic so there are no sewer charges. Pets will be allowed with certain restrictions. Each unit has their own LG washer/dryer. There is no underground parking. Parking is on premises and there will be 2 spaces allowed per unit. $50/month per pet. $100/month per storage locker in basement. The building features a work from home office area, a gym and billiards/game room. There is an elevator. Although the building is still an active construction site, I'd be happy to schedule a tour with those who are interested in viewing the apartments early.
