Do not live here Building quality is poor Noise is very disruptive
These walls are REALLY REALLY THIN. I can hear my neighbor argue, I can hear them have conversations, I can hear them have sex and I can hear them SNORE... do you know how annoying it is when you can hear your neighbor snore but not be able to do anything about it... if you want peace and quiet you should hope that no one lives next to you if you decide to sign a lease here. For that reason I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone...I can not wait to move it is crazy how much they charge for such crap quality when it comes to how this place was built I’ve never had a problem with management or maintenance but it really just irks me that I can hear my neighbors doing simple task if they are home... the free car vacuum, gym, pool, dog park and pet grooming place is really nice but not worth the peace of mind..
This was the worst apartment I lived in. The walls were extremely thin, so I heard everything my neighbors did. Management was rude and unhelpful. Multiple neighbors smoked in the building despite the lease prohibiting smoking anywhere on property. When this was brought to management, the best they could do was having someone come sniff around and confirm. I called for months before anything productive was done. Management would cut me off during conversations about these lease violations and would complain about their personal life rather than address the community problems. When telling them where I would be moving, management had the audacity to tell me it would likely be worse due to location. Don’t be fooled by the initially welcoming management, look elsewhere!
The amenities and management at The Ascent are top notch! I have had a wonderful experience living here for the past 5 months. It feels like I'm on vacation every day because of how beautiful the grounds are (saltwater pool, fitness center, business center, clubhouse, dog park, and car detail station). I will be recommending all of my friends!
The property alone is what caught my attention, but you are close to everything! The office staff, maintenance and vendors are very attentive and great to work with. They also take them time to do wonderful things for us residents. By far the best place to call home!
This place sucks! they are only after your money. Poor management, poor quality around the property. We truly cant wait to move. The management must be new to property management because they have no clue on how to do anything but take cash out of your pocket!

Maintenance did a walk through when we moved in. The ladies in the office are so nice and followed up with us to see how everything was and worked with us a lot to get moved in.

There are couple complex apartments in the area besides been brand new customer service for me is essential. I moved from Louisville and my complex has party for everything and start customer service, I've been spoiled and expect the same or better. Holy, Courtney everybody has been nothing but amazing, can't say now there's nothing like my ex complex, this is same or better. Maintenance and work orders thru computer is the best and easy and personnel very informative. We've one month off and $500 Visa incentive. Card for local discounts and extra Visa compensation because my husband make a payment online and was charged $23 fee (due to notnknowing how to avoid that charge we were refunded). Gym almost 24 hrs. Computer rooms with printers and other study rooms. Amazing Starbucks coffee machine at lobby and water and dogss. St. Patrick's party tonight at a local restaurant. Too many stores (next door to Pery Crossings literally walkable) restaurants from fancy (Done Creek, Bru burger etc) to fast food, Applebee's, Chili's, Logan's, Walmart, Target, Aldi's, planet fitness, emergency care, phone carriers, BMV, food stamps, police department at mall, 8 mom to airport, Oasis Dinner, Avon area that's huge with more stores etc. Can't get better!! Highly recommended. So far I've not even one complaint yet, maybe that stills technically cold to open that pool ??.
