It I'd a decent deal but prepare to never sleep again.
I absolutely love my new apartment, they just renovated the apartments and everything is brand new. The staff is amazing and the grounds are very well kept. The paw spa is very handy and my puppy loves the pet park.

I am impressed with how quickly the text messages are responded to and also how quickly I was able to get a tour. Lori showed the apartment and contacted me immediately afterwards to answer questions and provide her personal contact information. Very professional!!!

I set an viewing/interview up 2-3 weeks in advance and there was also another couple in there to view at the same exact time as me, with one person supposed to show us both 2 different apartments at the same time. Well comes to find out nothing is available for a few months and have nothing to show me after I took off work and drove an hour to see them, quite frankly you need to fire whoever is scheduling these viewing.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I’ve been living here for almost two years because it’s the only option that I had because of credit issues. It’s very cheap and reasonable but it’s not worth staying here! There are roaches everywhere! The apartment are completely infested with roaches. The guys that come spray don’t spray well, and very poor at doing their job. The people in the office don’t remind you that they are coming so you don’t have time to prepare! Very poor management!! BUGS BUGS BUGS!!! When I moved in there were roaches everywhere! In the bathroom, living room and kitchen. The apartment wasn’t properly taken care of and clean!! There are open cracks that the bugs come in and out of.
Don't move here please !!! They told us 2 times they would show us the right apartment and still didn't show us the right one !! We Walked in there was bugs on the walls in the bathtub ! There was bugs everywhere so don't move here !!! Go somewhere else !! Thank you !
Bad place to live. People placing glass bottles under peoples tires. Room wasn’t cleaned before I moved in. Literally saw someone take my wallet I dropped and had to argue with him that it was mine
it is not good, i don't really like to live there and i want to move by myself. i have a lot of problems right now.
They are wonderful. From the start of the application they were amazing. they were very helpful and attentive. They were very easy to talk to and always returned calls. They made the move in process fast and easy. The property is very well kept and maintained on a weekly basis. They will work with you as long as you work with them. The maintenance has came out within a 24 hr. period and fixed what was needed. Overall I am happy living here and my children are in a safe quiet environment.
Continental Square Apartments is a great place to be when you want to be close to everything. Fifteen minutes from downtown Lexington, you're close enough to go to anything without being caught up in the high rent, constant noise issues that being downtown can bring. There is great security here with the police making a strong presence here. The management staff goes out of their way to solve any problems, treat you like family and friends. I love this place. I can't recommend it highly enough.
