I’ve been living at The Asher for theee months now and I can’t think of a single negative thing about my experience thus far. From the moment I toured the building, the ladies in the leasing office have been incredibly helpful. The tour was thorough and they were sure to listen to all of my desires and answer every question I had. This helpfulness also continued throughout the application and move-in process and any questions I’ve had since move-in have been answered promptly. The building amenities are incredible and are always clean and ready for use. The location is super convenient and within walking distance to so many restaurants and things to do. I absolutely love living here and would recommend it to anyone I know!!

the staff is incredibly helpful, always available, and super friendly. they always remember me and my dog. the units are great, amenities are well kept - especially the pool deck. i’m impressed to always see a cleaning crew taking care of the building.

I knew the Asher was going to be my new home the 1st time I toured it. I moved from out of state and I only had 1 weekend in Minneapolis to decide where I would be living. I immediately loved the views, location and the apartment. Samantha was so helpful and friendly!! She even accommodated me with a 2nd tour on her day off. Hardly any issues because its so new. Even so, The maintenance service has been great, quick and kind! The Asher is a great location for walking to restaurants/bars and the lake. I am happy I picked the Asher to be my new home!!!
the asher offers beautiful units with excellent amenities. location is great for younger people while it is surrounded by great bars and restaurants as well as the lakes!
The location is right in uptown, so everywhere is super accessible to walk, the lakes are very close, and the staff is very helpful.
I've lived at the Asher since the building opened (October 2020) and can say without a doubt this is the best apartment I have rented. Everything is essentially brand new, the apartment itself was spotless, all appliances are new. Since I've been here, I have not needed a single maintenance request because everything has worked great. Any questions or concerns I have, whether it be charges on my account, garage parking, etc., are addressed quickly and satisfactory. The front desk/management are easy to work with (Samantha & Kayla) and have handled things well. If I had one critique, it would be that all the amenities were not finished by the time I moved in and got delayed multiple times - but now everything has been up and running for a while now. The gym is actually pretty good for an apartment gym and the pool is fun too. I'm moving out this October 2021, but that is only because I've had some unexpected bills pop up and need to save money. I have no doubt that the move out process and refunding of security deposit will be as smooth and timely as everything else, but I'll be sure to update if I have anything to add after I'm gone.

The staff is always available for support and was so helpful clarifying policies when I first moved in, on top of being very friendly. The unit's layout is sharp and clean and the balcony is spacious. The upstairs roof terrace is the best amenity in my opinion, gorgeous views and great company is always found. The fitness center has almost everything I need and the pool deck area is always well kept up and a great community area. The location is central to a lot of restaurants and things to do in Uptown, a great option for the neighborhood
I have really enjoyed living at The Asher here in Uptown! The interior design and amenities are more than I could ask for (gym on the first floor, washer/dryer in-room, pool, heated underground parking, etc.). The staff has also been really kind and responsive whenever I have any questions. On top of that, the location is great; it is within walking distance of Bde Maka Ska as well as several restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. For anyone looking for an apartment in Uptown, The Asher is the place to be!

Very nice and new apartment complex in the heart of Uptown. Just a few blocks away from Lake Calhoun and the others. Amenities are great here with a hot tub in the winter and pool in the summer. And so much more. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating to your wants/needs.

The Asher is the best apartment in Uptown, hands down. From the beautiful floor plans to the luxury amenities, you can park your vehicle in the heated underground parking and not need it for a week because you can walk everywhere you need to! I live in a 1 bed 1 bath and it is the perfect size for just me. Also the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating to any needs you may have. I can't tell you how many times Samantha has helped me even before months I moved in. I feel at home and extremely safe in my brand new apartment! There are even fun events that they host for the residents that are extremely fun and unique. I encourage anybody who is looking for their new home to check out the Asher. You will not be disappointed!
