The ONLY thing I liked about this community is the valet trash. With that said, now the bad...and there is A LOT. The apartments are not worth the price. Old washer and dryer (dryer takes 3 hours to dry a load), the A/C did not come with a heating unit and insulation is very poor causing mold issues. Owners made superficial upgrades (new countertops, lighting, cabinet doors, etc but its the same old guts. Management makes promises they do not keep and Maintenance is a complete joke. I had to put in several service requests to get an issue fixed properly. I've heard of other residents begging the contractors hired to do work to fix basic stuff around their apartments. The final straw was that my apartment was flooded by incompetent vendors trying to fix the A/C and worsened the mold issue. No attempt by management to address and it caused me serious health issues. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Property managers are awesome I had the pleasure of working with assistant property manager Isamar forgive me if I spelt her name incorrectly but this woman is an Angel so understanding and genuine her compassion and empathy for people and their situations is remarkable just saintly she’s amazingly the best and that’s from the heart. Best thing to happen to this community was the new owners and managers won’t even give the previous company and staff the satisfaction of even trying to compare to landmark and their management team

I know it's an apartment building and it's expected, but they've gone out of their way for me and family many times and I'm so grateful. I'm a single mom and it means a ton. We love it here, my kids enjoy the community and even better, they allow pets! It's clean, nice neighbors and most importantly, safe. Our home is perfect, everything works and I could not be happier. A great gated community place to call home. The entire staff Lisa, Beatrice and Pandora always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs and are very knowledgeable and professional with great overwhelming attitudes, they are quick to attend any problems that arise with a follow up call for satisfaction after problems are resolved. They truly care about their tenants, the grounds at the facilities are kept clean everyday with friendly courteous workers, I have been living there for 8 years and could not feel safer anywhere else. The maintenance team which is lead by Kenny and his staff Quentin, J.J, Jose and others are excellent Technicians that are on top of issues with successful rates, they have rules in place to make the community safer and well-conditioned to make their tenants feel comfortable,follow them and you have no problems. There are a mixed of shopping malls that are minutes away. Just for the attitude of the staff alone I would give 6 stars if available. Possibly the worst experience living here they have garbage everywhere that valets pick up is a joke so many times I walk outside my trash is all over the hallway my lock was broken so I had a locksmith replace it he showed me the old lock and it was being held together by glue and that still didn’t stop someone from breaking into my apt appliances don’t work plumbing old just a dump all around

Trust me that money that you pay for this apartment is not worth it! Me and my boyfriend are living here for about 10 months now, and we will be leaving this apartment right after my lease ends!!! You could find somewhere else cheaper and nicer. At first everything looks very nice but later on you’ll find problems once you live here *difficult parking you will get towed and pay money. My boyfriend got towed because there was no parking anywhere!! He had to park by the grass but still got towed. *Our water bill is $200 for 1 BD insane right yup! *Roaches in the apartment first day we moved in. *trash everywhere * we saw two people walking that seemed to be on drugs they could barely walk. It was scary to see that. Trust the people that have left reviews, they are telling the truth. The worst apartment complex you could ever live specially for how much you pay. There’s no parking ever, you come home at night you’ll have to park somewhere far! Most of the parking spots are taken by people who don’t even have a parking pass who probably don’t even live here. They built the gate and charged us extra for the clicker, $80 for two! they said they will return half of the money... welp sure the gate was built but we still don’t have enough parking. I then started looking for apartments to check around compare to what I pay for here. I have seen several places that are a lot nicer for what you pay glen at cypress. My water keeps increasing from $45 a month to $200 a month. They had someone checked if there was a leak but the maintenance guy said there no leak at all, but yet I don’t know how in the hell my water bill is $200 and I still have to pay for it. I limit the use of our water we don’t use dish machine and I barely use the washer. If you wanna save money and not spend on this dump apartment you better start looking elsewhere that property management is terrible. We recommended our friend to rent here and we were supposed to get referral check we asked after 3 months they said they’ll send it to us in the mail but.... 10 months later still nothing, went to ask where the referral check is still nothing. we are about to leave we still have gotten our check lol.

Lived here for 2 years but when we first signed the lease the community was still Lake Cove with a different management. Prior to that we were happy with management but we were only living there for a month before they changed the name, sign, and management of the community. Parking isn’t great and within the second month of living there someone broke into my car. I know of 2 other residents also who had their car broken into so clearly that’s a problem but they have no cameras and nothing is done about it. Charged for trash valet but trash never got picked up and would find it the next day torn apart attacked by an animal. One night it was left and there was a possum eating it in front of our door. That was so awesome. The ceiling in our bedroom leaked right above our bed the entire 2 years anytime it rained hard. They sent out someone to fix it 3 different times and it still leaked. One day we got a letter about the water pressure being worked on and that it would be low and would return to normal the next day. After that the water pressure was always low for over a year up to when we moved out probably has a new resident living there with the same issue. We know it wasn’t just us as our downstairs neighbor had the same problem. Also one year into living here all the outlets on one wall just stopped working. The wall was in the kitchen/bar are so many very useful outlets became unavailable including all of the outlets in the kitchen except 2. Overall just not worth it for the price you can find nicer and more updated in the same area. I do not recommend moving here but if you do make sure you do a walkthrough with the manager of your apartment before and after. When we moved out they charged us $300 for pre-existing damages.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting a tour with Pandora, her professionalism and knowledge were impeccable . She was able to get me a very nice apt that was within my price range, and assisted me from the beginning of the process all the way to the end . I just moved in to my new beautiful apartment home in May 2018. I have never been so happy living somewhere else like I have been here! All the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful! Management is great! Very quiet and clean complex! I LOVE the pool area! They even have VALET trash here which is GREAT!!! Also to mention I have a BEAUTIFUL RELAXING lake view! Its so peaceful! Also my apartment is very spacious! My family and I love it ! The rooms are spacious with big walk in closets! The way the whole apartment is set up is just PERFECT! I've lived here for 6 months and have no complaints! the maintenance staff is amazing and the office is so friendly and accommodating. The property is very well maintained and very clean. Its everything they describe on the website. My apartment layout is very nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend here.

The apartment is in a quiet place. My apartment is facing the lake so it is beautiful! Two entrance to the balcony ( from the living room and from one of the bedrooms). Staff is completely helpful. Not onece have I ever felt uncomfortable with the assistance of the office staff or maintenance. Thank you for making this stay a comfortable one.

We like our home is nice bedroom and bathroom, so have good space in living room and kitchen.. We love the location very close of the I95 and turnpike.. That is very nice for us... Very fast attention of the office, oh and the best they are bilingual Spanish and English...

I have lived at this location for three years. I like living here and I have seen a lot of improvement in the area. The new office staff is great. I call them a lot and they never complain or have an attitude. The maintenance guys are great and whenever I send a request it is taken care of the next day. This is the place my kids and I call home.

My apartment is very good. The building is close to a lake and I have two separate entrances in which to park my vehicle. The great thing is that there is a rail walkway that leads directly to my apartment. The landscaping at the apartment as well as the pool and gym facilities are excellent. The location looks very lush and tropical and it centered to get to the main expressways within five minutes.

GOOD: First, the view is great. The actual apartments are good. They do a great job with repairs. The maintenence workers are great. They are nice and informative. It's in a secluded location, 6 miles away from i95, 5 miles away from the turnpike entrance BAD: The pricing is bad but South Florida is known for that. The price for residence increase every year. Its in a good neighborhood which makes the complex a great place for small crimes and break-ins UGLY: The office staff is not friendly and uninviting. Also water is not included but your forced to use the complex's 3rd party water company. Also you pay for trash but no one collects trash. And lastly they tow every night which is uncommon in South Florida Apartments

My significant other and I have recently moved here. Thus far everything is great as far as the neighborhood, it is very peaceful with a beautiful scenery. Since the name of the apartments are called Lakeview Cove you can view the lake at any given time. Might I add the unit it self is lovely inside and spacious. If you are someone that is seeking for pet friendly, full size kitchen also washer and dryer, 24 hour fitness gym, basketball court then this is the place for you. Your minutes away from major roads, shopping plaza, banks, convenience stores, gas stations, and bus transportations which runs every 15 to 20 minutes. The only downfall is that there is a waiting list for maintenance other than that this is the ideal place to call home.

The name of the apartment says it all Lakeview. No matter what building you are in you will have a view of the lake from all angels. All units comes with a full size washer and dryer and the layout of the place reminds you of a mini house, and you have a full size basketball court and a 24 hr fitness center if you need to blow off some steam. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly the only downfall is you will be on a waiting list for maintenance. If you don't have transportation there is a bus stop located at the front of the complex which is very convenient for traveling and runs every twenty minutes.

lakeview cove is a great place to live, not to mention all the amenities...pool,tennis court,indoor racquet ball court,clay basketball court,lots of parking space,and garage if u need one ..and much more...so far its been good for me..

Really takes advantage of the space - giving the apartment a larger feel than the square footage would suggest. As a father, I appreciate the laminate floor. It's much easier to clean up after two little girls.
