Management was bad in the beginning, but it has gotten better. The apartments are cute, but there was still some issues that they said would be resolved by August and never were.

I’m moving process was a bit rocky. After uploading all of the money that was charged to my account for moving fees and what not they hit me with a community fee as I was picking up my keys. The unit was not ready, but it was newly renovated, so those issues were simple like having a TV mounted and an icemaker being placed in the refrigerator. However, down the line there were issues with adding additional fees on my account that weren’t supposed to be there. Parking was horrible meaning there weren’t enough parking spots for the residence, and the parking spots are very tiny. We also experienced a few incidents where girls were attacked in the parking lot and robbed.

I’ve really had trouble with getting maintenance to fix the leak in my ceiling, I’ve put in almost 5-6 work orders and yet the problem still hasn’t been fixed. All they have really done is paint it and put a dehumidifier in the bathroom. Kind of stinks cause it’s not fixing the problem. I also barely get my parking spot which I pay $30 for, but when I call the tow truck they say we will have someone out there soon and nobody ever comes out. For a plus I really enjoy using the pickleball courts offered, would be nice to have another one out there. Maybe remove the beach volleyball court?

genuinely the worst complex I've ever seen or heard of. Front desk staff is lovely, but getting maintenance out can occasionally be a pain, pest control never shows up, neighbors are obnoxious, parking cost is outrageous, and severe problems (such as sewage under our building) will get brushed off for MONTHS at a time

Have been experiencing mold and leaks in the bathroom since August. They still haven't came to resolve the issue. Had problems since I moved in July. Floor dirty, hole in the wall, patio dirty hole in the ceiling. Poor management do not care at all. Do not live here.

Overpromised on everything when it all sucks. Can't even find parking after 11pm because there are about half as many spots as residents.

My experience has its ups and downs, I genuinely enjoy the community and what you all are trying to do. I enjoy the look ok the apartments interior and exterior. but there is still several maintenance issues at hand and a few things promised that have not been fulfilled.
Happy does not live at The Asher. The amount of issues is insane, parking, pests, noise, packages, and maintenance to name a few. The office workers almost never know the answer to your questions. The property manager is nowhere to be found. There’s absolutely no parking if you get home past 8pm. Do not move here.
Parking has been a nightmare and has changed three times and is still being changed. Even the tow trucks are tired of this comunity. Outlet in the bathrooms didnt work for the first month, and we have had water come out of the ceiling and there was no emergency number to call. It took over a week for them to come fix the massive hole in the ceiling that made one of the bedrooms unliveable.

Horrible management no communication at all whatsoever. Live here if you want to be fighting for a parking spot every night. There’s not enough parking spots for all the residents and visitors have to park all the way at the front and pay to park after 7 pm which is ridiculous. Anytime you contact them about an issue be prepared to contact them every day for months to get the issue actually resolved. They take weeks to get to your maintenance requests. Management is constantly changing so if you signed a lease here already be prepared to move into a clusterfuck because of poor management. Lawn care and construction right outside your window at 7 am. Neighbors being loud at all hours of the night. Do not recommend living here at all will be moving somewhere else as soon as my lease is over!

I like the area and model of the apartment and bedroom but i think the everything is unorganized. And the parking spots need to be re done, they are extremely too close that people can barely fit.

pretty nice apartment for the price, parking spots are extremely close together so if you live in building 3, its really hard to even get to the stairs .

THE ASHER IS TERRIBLE. my roommates and i toured the model unit back in february when the whole complex was still being completed. we were LIED to about this being "brand new", when what the really should have said was "we put a fresh coat of paint on the buildings and said a prayer". on move in day, there were holes in the floor, roaches, missing furniture, missing keys, no parking decals, broken cabinets/blinds, mold, etc. our air conditioning broke 9 TIMES during july and it took days for someone to come fix it, just for it to break again a day or two later. we were told by staff and maintenance "oh well, thats just the way it is" about everything that was broken/missing. theres no visitor parking (YOUR GUESTS HAVE TO PAY TO PARK), it took 3 months for the pool to "be up to code to open", they lied to us about "free parking" and are now towing people who live here based on their mistake. I WOULD NOT WISH THIS PLACE ON MY WORST ENEMY. definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The apartment is nice but the only issue is how long it takes the maintenance to come and resolve issues because they send a worker and then the worker calls another company to fix it

Pretty poor experience overall, haven't had washer for 2 months and had mold growing behind it. They have made the parking situation very confusing. But room size is good and bathrooms are okay.

I like the unit a lot, there have been a few issues but they were all fixed. The only 2 complaints I have is you can hear footsteps above you very very audibly and the parking situation has been pretty poor. A lot of the spots are too small for a normal sized car. Other than that, it’s been nice.
There have been so many problems since I moved in. It’s not worth the money I pay for rent. I’ve had my ac break and not get fixed for 4 weeks. I’ve had ant infestation. I’ve also had problems with parking. Don’t live here.

It’s been ok, the people at the front desk are nice but not very helpful since they themselves are not fully informed in things too. Could honestly do a lot better.

My daughter is a new resident there and has nothing but problems since moving in. She was told she didn't have to pay for parking during the initial tours to eventually being told she had to pay for parking but there wasn't enough parking spaces built for all the residents. She had a hole in her wall, mouse in her apartment, broken windows, fire sprinklers exposed in the ceiling, dishwasher not installed properly, broken outlets and the final straw was when the sprinklers started to go off and there is no after hours maintenance number. Do not move here.

While I love my room and apartment, I feel let down by several unfulfilled promises. When I toured The Asher with a leasing agent, what I was shown does not match what I’ve experienced since moving in. I was promised two brand new volleyball courts, but we only have one that is worn down and infested with flies. Additionally, I was told there would be three pickleball courts, yet we only have one that isn't fully fenced. I was assured there would be no hidden costs and that parking would be included, which was crucial for me as an 18-year-old on a strict budget. Now, unexpected fees are piling up. Furthermore, the support from the management team has been inadequate. It took a month for me to get hot water in my bathroom, and requests from my roommates and me are often ignored or delayed. It's also been impossible to reach anyone in a higher position to discuss serious concerns, and I haven’t received any callbacks.

For the most part everything is nice. The pool is now open. The office and clubhouse is very productive after fully opening. The parking situation is getting a lot better. The environment is kept up and they take pride in that.
pretty good so far! will say there are a couple of kinks that need to be worked out like the maintenance response time and safety measure for residents.

I love it here. The roommates are nice and it’s very open. The only problem I have is that I can’t use the amenities. We have to use an app called latch but they won’t send out an invitation.
i love it here at the asher just wish maintenance was a little faster and attentive. they say the fix things but there never actually fixed.

I moved in on aug 1st and it was a pretty smooth move in but i do have problems that hasn’t been resolved, the first is when i take shower it leaks all over my floors and also my room is very hot compared to the other rooms luckily i brought a fan with me to keep me cool a little bit.

the rooms are so big! everything is so new and fresh I love it. I enjoy tge bew gym and the pool. the staff is so friendly and comforting. any problems had were fixed within 48 hours

The maintenance guys and people in the office are all really nice. They usually wave or say hello when I pass them. There are a couple of things wrong with the apartments but maintenance is pretty fast at trying to fix the problem.

Love the place and everything just wish there was better communication. Especially when told one thing and getting an email stating something completely different. But overall lovely staff and i love my room and the amenities.
The unit is very nice and well put together. Despite some problems upon arrival and the management team being short-staffed, the staff did a great job fixing any issues we had and assuring us that everything would be okay.
