I’ve been living here for 3 years and it’s been a great experience! the complex is clean no rodent or bug problems! Maintenance is amazing and answers quickly. Corey and Dominique is a so professional and a blessing ! I had trouble paying my rent so they paid it for me! I couldn’t be more thankful to them!

It made 6yrs in May, that I’ve resided here at Ashford. Honestly, it’s been pretty peaceful and a blessing. The property staff, both office and maintenance are great as well. Cory and Dominique in particular, are very approachable. They are also extremely helpful, and understanding when it comes to property concerns. It’s hard to find property managers that works with you, in this current climate we’re in unfortunately.

I'm absolutely in love with our apartment. It's a big ole 3 bedroom, that seems to have more space then my 3 bedroom house in Philly. When I say the manager Corey has been so wonderful and amazingly helpful during this transition process. His southern hospitality definitely made this a wonderful experience. Very welcoming and always responds to all my calls. Hes God sent.
It was ok at first but, that didn't last long..Everytime something stop working they would never fix it. I'd call and call and leave messages to no avail. Management is kind of rude!! Trash is everywhere and they won't pick it up. The gate is ALWAYS broken so anybody can come in. The lights went out in my area and they never tried to take care of them and when I came home at night it was pitch black and we all know Clayton county isn't the safest place. It was scary. They are way overpriced for the trash, bugs and no amenities. Work out room?? Really?? Pool?? Yeah right!!! Btw, my car was vandalized. I'm sure because there were no lights on at night in my parking lot. This place is a disaster!!
We rented a 2 bedroom in the Summer of 2016, it Started off GREAT, clean and quiet neighborhood. The staff was amazing when it was managed under Ventron, however I feel like the new management just does not care about the tenants nor the neighborhood well being. The gate is broken and that allows unwelcomed people to come in and out and it's the spring time now. The price is a bit high for the size, but we kind of needed this last minute and they were first time renters friendly. Our lease is up soon, and I just don't think I will renew due to the recent events. A neighbor upstairs moved out and we started getting infested with house roaches and it's just not good. I am no longer comfortable sleeping in my own home. This was never a problem before and we have been here almost a year. I'm not saying it's the neighborhood fault however, once we addressed the issue with the office they didn't show too much concern. All we wanted was for them to fix the problem by bombing the apartment and all they did was sprayed and I still see the bugs. I am not angry I am just disappointed and I just want them to fix the problem. We pay way too much for this :( I am thinking about just moving somewhere else, especially if this problem persist. Other than the roaches, the neighborhood is good. I'm giving a 4 star. ****** And please go back to Ventron Management.
I've lived here for almost a year and Ms. Dawn and her staff are awesome! Very professional,they really care about their residents, and have really made a big difference within the community since she's started here. Thank you Ms. Dawn for all you do to keep us happy at Ashford Stoneridge!
Beyond disappointed! I reported in 4/25 that my apt has mold and month later no resolve. The office never contacted me all they did was send the maintenance man to clean the mold and paint over it in which it came back through. I had to ask to move out the apt due to getting sick from the mold. The property manager won't move me out because I won't sign a new lease. I was told on May 9 that my lease was being terminated on May 31. Not the 60 days I'm required to be given. On top of the fact mold continues to grow in my apt. I've been a tenant over a year. I originally turned in my 60 day notice and only stayed because the issues I reported of bad kids in the neighborhood would be handled. Which it has not. They don't have security patrol anymore so the kids out here have free reign.. Kids pull the firealarms almost everyday. I live beside the park. They shut off the breakers to the apts. They vandalized the pool and now you can't even use the pool. The kids play in the street and won't move. Wishing I stuck with my original plans. Now I'm suffering with health issues.
How can I be paying $957 for 2bedroom apartment with water and trash inclusive, am paying $60 for water every month for just me, am getting ready to break the lease cos I have gone to many other apartments very safe and more decent and cheaper than Ashford at Stoneridge, the management should reduce the rents and improve on security.
There is crime at Ashford at Stone Ridge. There is an intruder in the attic of Building #5 and management refuses to get him/her out. This intruder is there all night stomping and sending hot fumes into my apartment. WATER, TRASH, PEST CONTROL IS NOT FREE. THE TOTAL APPROXIMATELY $72 MONTHLY.
It's very average. The apartments are overpriced for the area. The median income is 27,000 yet a two bedroom is over 800 a month?! Thats unreasonable.
