Water and drainage pipes in the kitchen and bathroom are old and not well maintained, experienced leakage in both area and brown waters come out frequently.

The Ashley is a wonderful place to live: location, amenities, and service. My wife swims every morning and we both work primarily from home. John M.

I've been a resident of the Ashley for a little over 3 weeks and everyone has been super friendly. The staff are very efficient and accomodating! The location is 2nd to none, every place you need to go is within a few miles. The other residents are the best...it's a GREAT place to live!

We have happily lived at The Ashley for five years, and envisioned staying another decade. But due to the outrageous 20% “non-negotiable” rent increase, we no longer consider The Ashley home.

The Ashley has been a great place for residence for ourselves and our pup since moving here. The location is fantastic - super close to the grocery store, post office, and easy to get to various highways. The pool is nice and parking is never an issue for us!

Moved in 2 months ago. Called for minor repairs several times. Always arrived almost immediately and took care of the issue. Great service.

I began my rental almost 11 years ago; shortly after the building opened. Almost all of the building staff, other than the office crew, have been here the entire time, and they have provided a stable, helpful and courteous environment for my stay here. In have taken advantage of the garden facilities and the excellent health club. I am retired, so I spend a lot of time at home and/or in the area, thus living conditions are very important (I guess they are for everyone).

The overall facilities in The Ashley are great to my satisfaction.

Always very prompt with any requests. They work quickly and always ensure the area is clean when they are done.

I think the building and amenities are beautiful, the common areas are very well taken care of and everyone in the leasing office (esp. Dyanna) has been extremely helpful. I'm still waiting for some window issues to be resolved in my apartment but I'm hopeful that this will happen soon.

The experience to lease the apartment in May 2020 was flawless, move in was a breeze, and any issues have been taken care of immediately. Given my apartment is my home and my office I appreciate the promptness to resolve any issues, the customer service I get from everyone in the team, and the cleanliness of the entire building It helps to have respectful neighbors as well. The gym has been a life savior and I am glad I moved here. Totally recommended

Quiet and very convienient environment. Walking distance to almost everywhere, including daily shopping around Columbus Circle, playing outside in Central Park and Riverside Park, etc.
