Overall the community is very well laid out with easy access abilities to the fitness center and one if the three pools. The overall access to the shopping centers within easy walking distance also makes the Ashtons perfect as one does not need to travel far for anything.

I'm grateful to have a place to call home. My experience living here has been challenging to say the least. Office staff issues, dirty grounds, noisy neighbors after hours and unnecessary monthly charges. The list goes on and on.

My stay at this facility has not been a bad experience. The grounds arr relatively clean at the location is wonderful. Is it a bit pricey, absolutely. But, considering the the prices of apartments now days, this would be a pretty good choice. Try it for your self and see.

I look forward to coming home every day. I feel nestled away in a safe, and, welcoming environment. We are very happy in our home.

They have great customer service, very prompt , clean environment

Firstly, the location is fantastic! Within walking distance, there are Costco, Walmart, and Vons, which gives me peace of mind that even if my car breaks down, I can manage. There's also a large park nearby, and I don't think there's any other place as wonderful as this in the vicinity of LA. The staff at The Ashton are friendly, and the maintenance team is professional. I am always grateful to JT and Danny. I also like the lodge-style buildings. However, having lived here for over ten years, the carpets and floors have become old, and the shower pressure has also deteriorated.

My experience with my stay here at the Ashton's has been very good and pleasant.I love my apartment so much I've been living here for 8 years now and my neighbors and I enjoy are quite area back here... The office staff are all amazing!!

I've only been here a short time. The safety is important to me. I feel I'm in a beautiful resort in Florida the palm trees are beautiful.

Not bad, love taking walks with my kids in and around the complex. Just gotta watch out for people who don't pickup after themselves or pets.

I do not recommend the Ashtons!! All they care about is the money not the tenants.

The Ashton is great, management is always keeping us updated on events and other things that occur here. The Maintenance guys are great they always show up right away and fix things. the grounds are always clean and secure, i feel comfortable living here.

Wonderful community of neighbors who look out for each other. Great kids that play together. Best Maintenance team I have ever seen.

The Ashton is a great community that is quiet and peaceful. I love the location as it is walking distance to many grocery stores and restaurants.

The Ashton is a nice place to live. The units themselves are nice but the grounds can be a bit cleaner.

We just moved from North California because my husband got a job here in South California. It's been hard for us to find a good place for us to stay luckily we found The Ashton online and we're so glad that we found this place. The leasing team are very helpful especially Lourrie who help us out with the application. We never had any issues with application. I would highly recommend this place, aside from the amenities that it has it is also close to everything that you need.

The Ashton is affordable living in Corona with updated amenities.

Honestly, it's been safe and I have good neighbors. But the maintenance of the apartment has been very poor. Since moving in there has been issues with the unit almost every month. Multiple issues with mold. Including broken closet doors upon moving in. We had a bug issue when we moved in too.

Nothing gets done the correct way. You have to keep asking for things to get done

The community has nothing to offer us residents outside of a pool. Everything is old, outdated, not properly cleaned etc.

I have lived at the Ashton Apartments for over 4 years. I love living here. Great place to live and very accommodating. My job offered to relocate me closer to work in Orange County. I turned it down to stay in Corona, and to be around my neighbors. There is a great sense of community here.

Great maintenance team. New responsive management team.

Office staff is rude and unprofessional. Units have so many problems. 2nd day in my unit the old refrigerator burned my daughters arm. Gad leak in a old stove. Cabinets had mold. Leaks in walls from A/C we had to stay in Hotel 3 times in 1 year. Jacuzzis don't work. Landscaping company blows dirt in your patio and at cars. Management is overwhelmed running 3 other properties and has a hard time communicating. If something happens in your unit that isn't your fault you still have to use your renters insurance. Instead of them using their insurance which doesn't make sense. My neighbors are amazing we are like family but we all have the same problems with the same staff.

Management and maintenance employees are nice but the complex is in need of repair and trash clean up.

Our experience at the Ashton was headlined by electrical sockets and entire walls were electricity would randomly stop working. To hit and run accident occurred while we were parked in the uncovered parking areas directly in front of our house and the management team did not care. Our guest room toilet would back up and not flush and it would cause our downstairs neighbors guest bathroom to flood. The reviews about cockroaches are absolutely correct, we were fortunate to not have a cockroach infestation inside but the outdoors is covered in hundreds of cockroaches. However they do charge for pest control. Charging is something that they seem to do without a care in the world here. They charged us an extra fee each month because we had a view of the pool which was fine but after moving they decided to put everyone’s mailboxes in front of our premium view. They never informed us of the plans to do that nor did they offer to charge us a normal rate now that the view was removed. The management and the maintenance team is very tired and it is obvious. Please look elsewhere for the price they are trying to charge

They are a lot of changes that need to occur in this complex. The maintenance team is wonderful but upper management does not allow them to make proper repairs. Throwing a bandage on something will not resolve issues. Ignoring a problem will not resolve issues. I would think upper management will want long-term tenants and not a high turnaround. You lose more money with a high turnaround. It will be nice to have the building painted and hanging parts on the building repaired.

The Ashtons is a great place to live. The whole community is awesome here and its an overall beautiful place to live. The maintenance is extremely fast to respond to any issues we have and are always extremely polite.

If anyone wants to live here, please be aware of the following. I’ve been living here for about roughly three years or so. We’ve moved to three different apartments and locations due to our own circumstances. Now I say this, YOU WILL NOT KNOW WHAT YOU’RE GETTING. The first apartment I lived in was gross and made me question what they do to clean items in the household. Second apartment I lived in was nice and actually pretty decent. But my third apartment is TERRIBLE. The way they handle it is probably the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced. We have clear concrete (WITH EVIDENCE) things in my apartment that have issues and they don’t do anything about it. Like at all. The stove is FILTHY. The bottom of the sink has BLACK MOLD and hasn’t done anything with this since I’ve moved in? My washer and dryer is leaking, and for some reason I keep having to show up with this evidence of it only for nothing to be done? The shower heater keeps going out. I have a shower and suddenly it’s freezing cold. The electric units here are broken in to and vandalized. Also keep in mind here that they don’t do anything about it? Maintenance has golf carts and rides around so I know for a fact they see it and don’t seem to care??? I don’t know about you but to me that’s a bit questionable. Maintenance seems not to do anything also have this very rude behavior like our issues don’t mean crap to them. Everything else is in the apartment isn’t clean either. The cabinets aren’t clean, the sinks (bathrooms and kitchen) aren’t clean, as well the shower head. They also don’t give any notice to the people living in the apartment when major construction projects are happening. I was stuck in my apartment for two days because construction workers were redoing pavement. Why wasn’t I noticed of this? That deemed completely impossible for people with disabilities to go through the dirt and bushes. Overall behavior and environment is terrible. If you need to live here due to what you can afford, please be aware that there’s MAJOR issues with rent here. Like why can’t I pay online? Why do I need this certain type money order to get? I’ve been heavily contemplating moving soon because I’m honestly tired of the ridiculous ways they run things here.

Over all it is a great place to live. Rent is pricy, but compared to others it is in the Price range for the area. Some are a lot higher. Management is Great as well as the maintenance team.
