Bottom line: Avoid any places managed by the Connor Group. Sure, their property might look nice at first glance, but once you're in, it's a different story. Got to love the sewage stench on the first floor, a broken hot tub they won't fix, and you're stuck footing the bill for previous tenants' charges they conveniently forgot. Been leaving voicemails for the Regional Director for almost three weeks now, and guess what? Today's gem of a response from the operator was, 'If we don't think it's important, we won't call you back.' Real classy, huh? And don't get me started on their tactics—half-empty units, fake reviews from randoms who never even lived there, all just to sucker in the next renter. Save yourself the headache and steer clear.

I was lucky to meet Laura, she was great, so helpful and showed me everything I needed to see! I can see myself living here. It’s a beautiful and welcoming community. You will not be disappointed, Alta Raintree, is beautiful! Their amenities are amazing, touring this place was a great experience.

Truly enjoyed being shown around Alta Raintree and Laura made this experience so much more pleasant. She was so insightful about all the amenities that Alta Raintree has to offer and was so knowledgeable about what this community had to offer us. The tour was so enjoyable that we can actually see ourselves be part of this community. The complex has a variety of pleasing floor plans and I enjoyed how update and well kept Alta Raintree is. I love living here. My girlfriend and I were in a pinch moving for a new job - had no where to live and Jorge got on the phone and dealt with an extremely stressed, impatient and honestly rude customer since we were panicking about finding a place to live (not proud of it). He personally recorded two of the rooms we were considering and re-recorded one when we weren't sure. The apartment is clean and beautiful. I write this as I sit by the clean, beautiful pool. I love how modern the apartment is. Parking is easy and safe. Overall I am proud to live here. I want to reiterate how awesome Jorge is - whatever he is getting paid it needs to be tripled lol. He is the real deal and has a bright future if he continues with the efforts and respect he leads with. Out of all the places I have lived, this is absolutely the cleanest, safest and most beautiful of them all! Thank you Alta Raintree and thank you Jorge!

The move in process was smooth and easy thanks to the management team. Any concerns we have had have been responded too quickly and effectively. Outside of that the apartment and unit itself are very high quality. Also, the atmosphere and overall vibe with other residents has been enjoyable. This is a great place to move into if you're wanting to live at a fun, safe, and high quality complex

Im a current resident at Alta Raintree. I love staying here, its got a very 5 star hotel vibe to it especially the lobby with high ceilings, great comfortable seating areas. Clean and always has a clean scent. This property has a convienent store that is 247 and also a bar with great food and beverages. Centerally located and everything else is just a stone away. Very friendly neighbors. Including great amenities. Very quiet. the Management is very efficient to responding to any issues. As for me I feel like I'm stying in a luxurious hotel, always that vacation feel to it. Don't think twice, come visit and see for yourself and you too would want to live in this community.

I love how there are events for everyone to go to and I love all that they provide for us. Just wish there was more directional signage throughout the halls and buildings. Have gotten lost many of times wandering the halls.

We are new to Scottsdale, and enjoy the convenient location and excellent amenities at Alta Raintree. The pool, grills, gym, and common areas are fantastic and well maintained, and the staff is friendly. Very happy with our choice!

Great complex with nice sense of community. Downside is the spa is repeatedly broken and takes weeks to be fixed. Also, The Syndicate is still not open, months after it was meant to be.

Alta Raintree is a beautiful, brand new community. The interiors feature high-end finishes not typically found in apartments: gas stoves and higher end appliances. They also have nicer community amenities than most: the nicest apartment gym I’ve ever seen, an in house massage therapist, a speakeasy room, onsite convenience store and restaurant/bar, and tons of resident events. The biggest differentiator though is the staff - every single one of them are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond every time I interact with them. Really happy I chose Alta Raintree for my home!

There are many choices out there as to where to live, I know I made the right choice. The management team at Alta, have provided outstanding customer service and a seamless move in experience, exceeding my expectations. The maintenance team is responsive, and the property is in immaculate condition. Every member of Alta’s team, from Karina in Housekeeping to our fabulous Property Director always has a smile on their face and are willing to help. They are genuinely interested in the best interest of their residents and community. We are not just apartment numbers. The amenities are what you would expect of a boutique high rise, and this is the epitome of luxury living.

The only problem here is that the whole structure of the apartment is falling down, when it rains the water gets in between the cracks and than the wall has to get repaired , and cracks on the paint seems to be poor dry wall install . We moved here for the amenities and the restaurant /bar down stairs isn’t even open yet and it’s about to be a year. Also it’s a bit embarrassing that there’s a huge dumpster right out of the garage that always over fills
