Located in one of metropolitan D.C.’s most renowned places to live, Alta Vista is a small neighborhood with upscale apartment complexes and pretty farmhouse-style homes for rent. I’ve lived here since April 2023 and have had zero issues and am really happy with the building. It is very clean and the neighbors are very nice. All the amenities work and the staff is very friendly

Just moved in recently and we love the environment. The amenities work nicely. 24 hour concierge is very helpful at all hours. Parking garage has plenty of spots and ev chargers!

Package room is in need of attention. Packages are rarely left in the correct place above the displayed signs. Everything else has been wonderful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful design , and common areas are always very clean. They host events that seem fun but I have been too busy to attend.

Really nice layout of the Appartments, however would like to see more amenities available for the price being paid. They do have nice features like please assist me service that help you running errands, chores etc. Haven’t used them but looking forward to it

I have recently moved to The Astrid and my experience has been truly great. The leasing team, maintenance and the concierges are always ready and willing to help in no time. Special shout out to Adria, Ashley and Jessica from the leasing team, and Orlando who is one of the concierges for their help during our move. The common areas are pristine and gorgeous. The apartment looks awesome and the appliances are high quality. I cannot recommend it enough!

I love that this place is perfectly quiet and calm even when it’s raining and Thundering. When we go out we can deal with the storm and the madness of the city but when we come home it’s relaxing all day long. From the coffee machine of your favorite choice of coffee to the gym and yoga studio, and just the beautiful Bethesda scenery. What more can I ask for. The residents and staff (especially the concierge) are really really nice! So far my experience to me is rated as a peace of mind.

The Astrid is a new and modern apartment that opened in Oct 2023. All the apartments and common facilities are accessed through smart locks. There are more than enough amenities for a family or an individual who doesn't need a swimming pool. My unit is a 1 BR apartment with upper mid-range modern appliances in a nicely done room layout. However, there are no ceiling lights (except in the foyer and the kitchen). You may need floor lights depending on your lighting needs. The switch in the foyer controls all light switches in the unit, so it is better to have floor lights plugged into a receptacle that is not controlled by a wall switch. The concierge service is available 24/7. Christine, Shelly-Ann, and Luam are very friendly and are doing an amazing job! I can't end the review without mentioning Fazana in the Leasing Team. She helped me at every moment until my move-in, resolving all my issues promptly. She is an efficient all-rounder. Please reach out to her if you need any help.

The Astrid feels fresh ,homely and morden.Management team and the concierge are very friendly,professional and prompt.Its a wonderful experience living here so close to work,metro system,malls and everything else.

Lovely place to live. All the furniture is new and the building entrance is beautiful. The gym is great too. The cabinets in the kitchen are very tall, not very helpful for a short person.

The building is really nice and the amenities are extensive and very well maintained. The location is good for commuters cause it’s close to the highway/ bus stops and I like the park close by for families

I have enjoyed my time living here, thanks to the well-maintained facilities and the courteous staff. The amenities, such as the fitness center and more, are top-notch and contribute greatly to our community life. The maintenance team is commendable for their swift and effective responses to issues. However, I see an opportunity for improvement in the area of communication. Timely and clear communication from management regarding updates, changes, or events within the community would greatly enhance the resident experience. Ensuring that all residents are well-informed can foster a more connected and engaged community environment. Overall, I am satisfied with my living experience here and appreciate the efforts of all staff members in making this a pleasant place to reside.

Overall, it is a clean and upscale apartment. Staffs are great and unit is well designed but more storage space would be great. All is good except for wet dog smell in the elevator.
