Property Ratings at The Atlantic at Twin Hickory
My apartment is very sufficient. I love being on the first floor and at the end of the hall. If I have a maintenance problem it is dealt with in a timely manner.
Staff and location of the apartment. Parking excellent plus very staff place.
I made my mind up to move to Twin Hickory from Md because of the managers I delt with! They were up beat and made me feel wanted! I felt at home the first time I visited!
I like living at Twin Hickory. It is quiet and nice.
I'm so thankful I chose The Atlantic at Twin Hickory due to retirement and downsizing. I moved here in January 2018 and it was an awesome choice after surveying other options in West End of Richmond. The location is convenient to shopping etc.
Love it here! Anxious for everything to get back to normal from COVID
The facilities, living space and floor plan are fantastic. The provided protection of locked entry doors is an added security not to be compromised. All the staff and management team are consistent with assisting occupants all year long. Twin Hickory is a peaceful and classy place to live for which I am grateful.

Im in love w/my apartment, as with w/Ms. Wilma, Ms. Lisa, & Mr. Ronnie, theyre beyond awesome! If theres anything I dont know, need fixed, have done wrong, or need something, they go out of their way to help you! Ive never lived anywhere where folks positivities & kindness is so awesome as it is with them & I thank them so much for them helping me through thick & thin. I also love really love my hall neighbors we all get along & they're beyond amazing to say the least! I truly cant imagine living anywhere else. I truly hope & pray I dont ever have to move out for any reason. Thank you for allowing me to be a resident here at Twin Hickory this apartment has such great programs all month long, each season is always well represented & its really hard to dress-up 3 levels, but Ms. Wilma makes it look easy even though its not. In addition, the neighbors throughout get along a lot of times youll pass by &/or join into the conversation(s) in the open area where the couches & fireplace is & its so relaxing & energizing. Please know that Twin Hickory project isnt just some run of the mill senior kind of any apartment project Ms. Wilma keeps an eye on everything & she & Ms. Lisa make sure that things are well tended to. Thank you again Mr. Ronnie for helping me w/my door! Thank you Ms. Wilma & Ms. Lisa as well for your daily guidance when Ive needed it
I have enjoyed living at the Atlantic. It was convenient and what I needed 13 yrs ago when I moved in. Now I need more assistance that you don't have so I am having to move and that makes me sad to have to leave.
Like any community, you will get out of it what you put in it. Join in and enjoy the friendships and camaraderie.
The Atlantic is clean, quiet, and orderly. But the pet restrictions are too strict. Pets welcone, but don't go here or there. My pet is well behaved and most of the people love her, but they can only pet here for a fee seconds. As i go outside i am not allowed to stand and let them pet her. One day i was told she had enough pats and to move along.
Over 6 yrs. of occupancy. Good response to any maintenance issues.
Twin Hickory has been my home for ten years. I love my apt. and the staff that manages the property.
I have enjoyed my experience living at the Atlantic at Twin Hickory for the last 10 years. I am able to walk to YMCA, grocery shopping, as well as nearby restaurants and fast foods. The management staff is very friendly as well as professional.
I am so proud to be a resident of this Senior Retirement Community and love my little apt.
