This complex is amazing, the community is great, I am happy to be here and call this, "home!"
I love the community and our maintenance man is top!! However living below a neighbor who has absolutely no respect for their neighbors, stomping around and dropping things all hours of the day and night for the last year and a half, is going to cause me to have to leave. It has become out of control even though I have called and called and even spoken to the courtesy officer on-site. Nothing has stopped it.
I love living at Broadstone! The staff is great, I love the amenities, it is pet-friendly and the apartments are beautiful
The apartments are beautiful. A little more attention and assistance would really help.
The overall layout of the apartments is very modern and clean. It is close to a lot of necessary places and the amenities attracted us the most.
Ive live at Broadstone memorial for about a month. My stay has been very pleasant.
Really nice facilities, could be a bit more dog friendly but overall very nice
I really enjoy living here. It's a great location, conveniently close to everything and a good, safe community!
Professionalism at its highest level with every team at Broadstone
Broadstone Memorial is such a great property. Management is onsite to address resident needs, and they are very nice. I have had zero issues in my residence here. Maintenance goes above and beyond to complete a work order request.
Thank You To All of You,!I Am Very Happy With all Your Employees, Office Are Awesome and The Maintenance, Alexandra Avendano.
Living at Broadstone Memorial has offered convenience for work, commute, shopping, and eating. It has afforded easy access to major highways/freeways which eliminates a constant battle with traffic. The community is fairly quiet and apartment space provides a greater bang for your buck.
Broadstone Memorial maintenance team deserves an applause. I was very impressed and pleased with the responsiveness, courtesy and quality of service.
The maintenance team here is wonderful and really stands out amongst other communities in my opinion. I really appreciate their work, professionalism, and timeliness.
I left pretty terrible residence prior to this one and the overall experience has been improved exponentially. Accessibility to shopping and entertainment while being off the beaten path, modern accomodations and parking, clean and safe housing, these are all things that have enriched my quality of life. I am hopeful that I will enjoy my stay.
Living at Broadstone Memorial is like living in a Resort. Always an activity going on, lots of amenities and welcoming staff. Love living here!
I like Broadstone Memorial. Its a nice community with a welcoming staff. The amenities are nice and its relatively quiet here.
The complex is really beautiful inside and out, the community is perfect if you enjoy your privacy.
If you are worried about security DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Apartment break ins, cars put on blocks, and cars continuously getting broken in to. Management’s response “not our problem, just part of living in a big city.” Oh and if you have noisy neighbors upstairs it is their advice to “write them a letter and put it on their door”. This place is a joke. Brad spouts off lies and nonsense. Says security is a issue at all area complexes, but talking with the constables it’s just here. Oh and to top it off their is still mold in the walls from Harvey.... Oh my bad that was supposed to be a secret too...
I lived at the Broadstone Memorial location for one year and if I wouldn't have had to relocate out of state, I would have lived there much longer. The staff is super nice and accommodating. I only have one maintenance issue the entire year of living there and it was fixed less than 24 hours after I reported it. There are a bunch of community events, the pool area is amazing, and the apartments themselves are wonderful. The surrounding area is also awesome. LIVE HERE!
Absolutely love. Location, amenities, staff, quality of construction...it's the best!
The Pros: The apartments are beautiful, featuring very high ceilings, granite countertops, faux-wood floors, and aesthetic layouts. No ugly square com-bloc housing to be found here. Management is friendly and helpful, very quick to deal with whatever problem you have be it bugs, noisy neighbors, or missing packages. The parking garage was a fantastic idea. Live on the second, third, or fourth floor? No problem, just drive on up. Hauling groceries, furniture, and even yourself up endless flights of stairs is a thing of the past. The location is great. It's tucked away enough to feel like a breath of fresh air coming home, yet close enough to Houston and the Energy Corridor to be convenient. The cons: Building upkeep is minimal. Spilled food and drink that I've seen in the hallways has stayed there for sometimes over a month at a time and the elevators almost always smell like wet dog, among other issues. Rent is pricey. It's a nice place, yes, but not quite nice enough to justify what's asked in my opinion.
I enjoy the apartment. It is in a great location. Close to the freeway and 15 to 20 mins from downtown, the galleria, and other areas. The staff is nice and responds quickly. I have had a minor problem with ants but they sprayed immediately. This is a very adult and business community. Not a lot of loud noise and the neighbors are friendly.
Beautiful interior and exterior. Luxury apartment home with high ceilings, spotlight fixtures, large roman tubs, and plenty of cabinet space. It is very convenient with washer and dryer in unit, onsite gym with all the works, big resort style pool, and plenty of grass areas for walking your pets. It is also located right off I-10 which makes commuting a breeze. I also have easy access to Terry Hershey park for running/biking and the dog park. The only flaw is the cellular reception inside the unit.
