Roughly an hour due north of downtown Atlanta, Alpharetta is a suburban community that has become a popular home base for commuters. The local public schools are excellent and residents enjoy access to several large parks and sports fields, adding to the appeal.
The shopping scene in Alpharetta is impressive, between the major-league retail hub of North Point Mall and the smaller, more boutique selections of the Avalon center and downtown’s Milton Avenue. While Atlanta may host a broader variety of arts and entertainment options, the Verizon Amphitheatre is one of the region’s most popular live music venues, attracting a packed roster of heavy hitters from all genres throughout the year.
Thanks to the efforts of home-grown entrepreneurs, Alpharetta has also developed a restaurant scene that regularly draws foodies and gourmands up from Atlanta for a taste.

Property Ratings at The Atlantic Newtown
I can’t describe all the issues wrong with this apartment/management office without writing a book. I hate my life here. And can’t break the lease without penalties, even with the unlivable conditions and burdens they have put on my shoulders.

Thank you for your review, i am sorry to hear you aren't pleasant in your home . if there is anything you would like to discuss feel free to stop by the office so we can take care of any problems you have in your unit. Thank you Manuel property manager
I called just to ask questions about leasing an apartment and couldn't get a word in whoever answered the phone talked over me it was so annoying so I hung up already starting off on a bad foot I decided to look elsewhere
Beware of this apartment. I live here for 7yrs I never had a issue until 2 yrs ago when they changed the new management. If your rent payment falls on sundays and you buy money order on Sunday and submit it to the leasing office on Monday, you will be charged $175 for late fee even when the date on the money order says the actual date of your payment. Management sucks. You get charge for $60 every month for cable even when you have your monthly payment for cable with cable company l, they leasing office still charge $60 every month. I can’t waist to move out. Maintenance suck. RUN

I DECIDED TO POST THIS DUE TO THE FACT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS CLEARLY MISREPRESENTED THEMSELVES, MISLED ME INTO SIGNING A LEASE, AND FRAUD!!! I SIGNED MY LEASE ON 8/17 AND TERMINATED DUE TO SEVER COCKROACH INFESTATION THEY HAVE!!! APARTMENT 206 WAS INFESTED WITH THEM. I HAD ROACHES IN MY SINK, WASHER/DRYER, KITCHEN, MICROWAVE, LIVING ROOM, BEDROOM, BATHROOM, YOU NAME IT I SEEN THEM CRAWLING...COCKROACHES COMES FROM FILTHY, UNCLEANLINESS AND DIRTINESS!!!!! THE PROPERTY MANAGER TRIED TO SAY THIS NEVER HAPPEN AND SHE NOT SURE HOW THIS HAS OCCURRED AND APOLOGIZED TO ME ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, BUT I HAS ENOUGH AT THAT POINT (ESPECIALLY WHEN TWO ROACHES JUST DECIDE TO CRAWL ON ME WHILE SITTING ON MY COUCH!!!!!!! I HATED COMING HOME TO THIS PLACE FOR THE 14 DAYS I STAYED THERE... AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE LEASING OFFICE THEY DECIDED TO REFUND ME ALL MY FEES (AS THEY SHOULD) BUT THIS IS NOT THE LAST THEY HAVE HEARD FROM ME... Hello, Thank you for your review. Upon signing a lease residents agree to all terms of the legally binding document according to the Georgia Apartment Association, so all parties are fully aware of their responsibilities ahead of time. Although you signed an electronic 12-month lease, we allowed you to break it (it was not terminated) and we waived all fees that you would normally have been charged for breaking a lease, as well as provided you a refund of your full security deposit and all move-in fees including application and administrative fees. Several staff members completed a thorough inspection of your unit on numerous occasions and saw no signs of any pest infestation, however we would never want a resident to be unhappy in their home, which is why we broke policy to accommodate you. I'm sorry if we did not meet your expectations. Our main goal is to not only meet but surpass expectations, and provide the best living experience possible for each and every resident. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions about your file. We're happy to help, and we wish you the best of luck in your new home.
**STAY AWAY** Miguel is a lovely sales person but he is the worst when it comes to communication, he waited until I applied before he threw in another $60 charge (i.e. Cable). I had to call the leasing office in order to get additional info on my app. I asked at that point & time if the cable included wifi, their response was no & that this was required. Well I DO NOT watch TV. The only thing I do is stream music or tv shows. Miguel was not in the office & the lovely woman said well you've been evicted & your application has been denied. I said welp I've never been evicted & that's fine can I please just get my $150 deposit back? She said yes I will go ahead & release the funds. It has now been a total of 7 days since I've spoken with Miguel & another 5 since I was told that it wld be reversed. I figured that since it's been 5 business days/7 normal days that I shld be getting a refund in my account. Again, I haven't heard anything else from anyone at this complex. However, Miguel has been contacting a girl friend of mine all weekend. He literally called her 3 times in a row on Saturday but again I have yet to hear anything from him (I supposed that since he received $50 guaranteed bucks from me he cld care less). I reached out to the leasing office & made a simple inquiry which resulted in the Leasing Manager & I going back & forth. She then said "Well how about this, have you found a place to live yet?" I responded by saying "yes I have" & I'm not interested in living in a community that doesn't disclose all information until after receiving my money." I was then transferred over to the NEW property manager. She showed no empathy, no compassion & continuously cut me off. She stated that she cannot hold Miguel accountable for what he said since she wasn't there. Here's the thing I have 2 other people who were there & heard the same thing that he said to me while on FaceTime (I was unable to make it in the office). She continued to mention my credit score but I explained to her that I don't need any info on that but I need to have my $150 refundable deposit returned. She stated that it wld be an inconvenience fee. Please don't waste your time or money at this place
This is a poorly managed property with frequent changes in management. Do not move here. Apartments are poorly maintained and maintenance staff will lie about everything. Stay away!

0 STARS!!! I CHALLENGE ATLANTIC PACIFIC MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO OWN UP TO ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS AND FIX ALL RESIDENT PROBLEMS! I have been living at Ashley Forest since April. I feel like I can finally give this place the review it deserves. The first day I went to pick up my key and hand in my first rent check around noon, my apartment was not ready yet. The keys were not even ready to be handed out... on my moving day! They eventually gave me a copy of the keys later that afternoon. They asked when I was moving in, there were still things that needed to be done. Again... asking me these ridiculous questions on my moving day. I had to delay moving in my big items for almost a week. When I did move in all if my things, many items in the apartment still did not work. The sink was not running, dishwasher did not work, garbage disposal did not work, fridge did not work, oven did not work and my sink in my bathroom had a huge leak. It took many requests and months to get this fixed. My oven still does not work. I moved into an "updated" unit. The only updates are new carpet (which the maintenance men ruined already), new paint, subway tiles in the kitchen and new counters in kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was not properly updated. My drawers were not installed properly. Constantly stick and do not fit on drawer tracts. All appliances are very dated. They replaced my broken fridge with an ugly one they spray painted to look new. Pest control is in our monthly fees, never seen a pest man on this property. I have had to pay to have my apartment sprayed. This property has a huge bug problem. Pool is actually updated and pretty, but closed half the time. Work out room has been closed for renovations for MONTHS. All residents deserve any monthly fees to be refunded due to not being able to use amenities. I have had several maintenance issues that are ignored or take weeks to fix. I believe it is now within my rights to break my lease without penalty. Do not live here! Awful awful awful.
These people are con artists...they lie to you, cheat you out of your money, and steal from you. Jose in the front office is especially the worst out of all of them. I'm not sure who they paid to put positive reviews up, but they are flat out untrue. I would most definitely think twice before living in this rip off of an apartment. If I could select no stars I would...maybe it would save someone from a headache of a place to live.
They are not a luxury apartment, they over charge you ,manager is very rude, doesn't keep you posted what the issues are. Seems like apartment is falling apart, doors, bathroom, toilets are moving big holes arround. Bathroom has mold, sink too. Ask to fix it they stated it's normal not an emergency. Not a piece of mind.totally a mistake resting this place.
Over promise, low delivery, irresponsible, don't think you will save money here especially when you deal with team like this.
If you are use to quality, this is not the place for you. Your experience here is not worth the amount you have to pay. I cant find one good thing to say about this place.
Great place to live. Convent to stores. The office Manager is wonderful. They are there to assist when needed. Neighbors are very friendly. Had a flat tire and had several neighbors help me put my spare on. Area is clean. The apartment comes with washer dryer cable ready. The management keeps the place looking wonderful.
They do not live up to the hype too many issues with the toilets pipes and so forth.
This place has gone downhill since new management took over
This place needs work. Its cheap for the area but it isn't a high quality home. I wouldnt recommended it.
My apartment complex had me to sign a lease and didn't tell me about the extra utilities that would be added into my monthly rent. They also had my apartment very dirty and nasty . looked liked someone hadn't lived there in years.
I enjoy my apartment the hard wood floors and black kitchen. It came with washer and dryer. The staff has been great the manager is on top of things. The morning they redid the parking lot she called me to make sure I had moved my car so it wouldn't get towed. They work with you. I love it here
