I lived here on a 13 month lease, we moved into a “newly renovated” apartment. When we first moved in, everything was dirty and there was a ton of stuff that was broken. We made a list of literally 20 things that needed to be fixed, most of which took over a month to get sorted, some of which never did. When we first moved in we found a bunch of cockroaches and other bugs in the apartment, when we asked for leasing to get a bug pesticide person in there they said they wouldn’t call anyone in, and that we had to wait 6 days till the general neighborhood pesticide guy came back. Even after the pesticide people sprayed we found at least 1 cockroach everyday for 13 months, even though we kept our apartment clean. In general their front office people are very difficult to work with and don’t really care about you or your comfort in their apartments (even if you’ve just handed them a large check). I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live.

Thank you for your review. After reviewing our records we have not received a pest control request from you for eight months. The manager personally walked the apartment with you at move-in, and the apartment was clean with no sign of roaches. We addressed your requests at move-in with the exception of replacing all the windows. We strive to make our resident's living experience a great one. The community has been newly renovated, however, it is not a new construction community.
After talking to leasing agent, she gave us keys and directed us to an apartment to go look at. Our first warning should have been that it wasn’t exactly where she said it was. We then used the key to open apartment only to have a man open the door from the inside. We were both very confused and surprised. I left the keys with him, immediately went back to leasing office where he soon joined us. I’m grateful he was home because he had a big dog that might not have been as understanding of strangers walking in. We left rather shaken up by it all with no intention of renting at a place that might accidentally give our keys to someone else.
Close to everything, in walking distance to just about anything you would like to do. Love it here.
I live in the complex next door and feel the need to warn people away from this complex. They do not get their trash picked up in a timely manner causing a really bad rat problem. I don’t mean a few, I mean hundreds. In the trees, on the sidewalks, all over the fence, running under parked cars. We’re not taking mice here, we’re talking NY sized sewer rats. Called yesterday to see what they were doing about it and a) they tried to falsely blame my complex and b) tried to tell me they were working hard to fix it. The funny thing is there is STILL a huge pile of trash bags outside of the dumpster that has been growing for the last 48 hours. Save your money and rent at one of the hundreds of other complexes in the area that don’t have a rat infestation that they are doing very little to combat!

SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS PLACE! My AC has gone out, the bugs are terrible everywhere including inside your apartments, and the theft and crime is outrageous! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Three robberies since I moved in last October, IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!!!! Now today at 10:30AM we get an armed robbery where SHOTS WERE FIRED RIGHT OUTSIDE OF MY BEDROOM WINDOW! Single mother of a four year old, and I am outraged. The office employees are terrible to deal with, you never want to even speak to them over the phone, and our security gates haven't worked a full day since I've been there. TERRIBLE APARTMENTS AND I WANT OUT!

Dear Alexandria, First, I want to thank you for your review. I understand your frustrations and you are rightly justified in feeling that way you do due to the incident that occurred yesterday. I want to address your issues in the order you listed them. Your AC was addressed back in April, if it needs further work, I will get with my maintenance lead to get it serviced immediately. Pest control issues- we have weekly service so if I need to add your apartment to our weekly list, please let me know and I can add you to next weeks. Lastly, the crime. Crime has no area code or zip code unfortunately. We rent or buy a home hoping that nothing bad will occur, but sometimes that isn't the case. We are working diligently to repair the gates. We had them repaired and they worked, but since yesterday, they have failed again and have found out it is an electrical issue. However, gates and cameras do not deter crime. Now regarding my staff, I would like it if you personally reached out to me to voice your frustrations about who has been unpleasant. We did speak yesterday around 5:30pm and I did everything to help you and I felt you were pleased with the solution we both came up with. It's almost like living in the country but yet close to town. Everything you need is just down the street. If I ever have any problems they come fix it within the day. Friendly and helpful office staff. I have a lot more square footage for the price. They even plan events to get to know your neighbors. Very clean outdoor areas, great landscaping. Only down fall is hearing the trash valet throwing trash in the dumpster extremely late at night and the smell from the dumpster is horrible. Guess the trash valet's don't care if people have to get up early for work since they do their job at night.
This is a very nice apartment complex that as quality apartments and nice pool and a very good maintenance team. It is a ideal location because it is not to far off of my employer.
This is a great apartment as far as amenities, apartment condition, landscaping, parking and a host of other aspects. You have to love a place that includes washer and dryer in the unit. The only problems I have had are a few maintenance requests that took a few tries to fix (should've been an easy fix) and an issue with a package that an apartment employee signed for and lost, and management would not compensate for the loss. Other than that, this is a great apartment that I recommend.
These apartments are pretty nice. However there are a few small things that need some work. For one some of the employees that work in the office have terrible customer service skills and can be pretty rude. Another thing is the fact that the new management prohibits bikes from being under the stairs even though the management before them allowed it. And whoever's bike was left under there was thrown put into storage and later thrown away without proper notice. But other than that i have not had a problem with these apartments.
I leased my apartment about 3 months ago, and this has been the best experience I have had so far ,Rachel was my agent and she treated me like I was a celebrity, she help me every step of this journey, she even made sure my apartment was impeccably clean and put a welcoming basket on my counter,i can't express my gratitude to her and the other people in this office, they are the best,thank you Rachel.
