Property Ratings at The Atlas
Love the pool, the people and the feel. I feel comfortable hanging out here. Safe, clean, and the staff is great!
The Atlas is a wonderful place to live. With an abundance of amenities, great community, and convenient walk to Creighton University, it’s perfect for college students or ANYONE!
I’ve lived hear for 2 years now and love it. Great amenities & friendly staff. By far the nicest apartments I’ve toured and the location is great. I would highly recommend at least touring but I can promise you’ll be hooked once you do.
We moved from out of town to Omaha and this was by far the nicest complex we toured. There’s a mix of Creighton undergrad and graduate students, working pros, and families all living here so it’s a good mix and doesn’t get too loud, especially on the higher floors. Maintenance people are friendly and responsive to requests, and the leasing staff is well-informed and willing to help. Definitely recommend facing west since the views are great. Overall a great experience with lots of amenities like a newly open coffee shop (better than the old one for sure) and good gym/pool area. Apartments are mostly hardwood with some carpet, we had one with all hardwood so that was a huge plus. Washer and dryer are good too, we had some issues with drying our clothes until maintenance fixed our fan system, and then our clothes started drying in like 10 minutes. We had a great time here, only moved to be closer to work but I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
Lived here for 3 years. Building is clean and pretty new. Great amenities & perfect for Creighton students!
This place has excellent amenities like basketball courts, pools, a gym, and so much more! The staff and maintenance are very helpful and overall a great place to live!
Living at the Atlas has been a very nice experience. Being a Creighton student, its location is ideal. When I have been locked out of my apartment, it has been easy to get let back in by the staff at the front desk. When I need maintenance in my apartment, they are very responsive and quick to get it fixed. Sean, the maintenance guy, is very nice. Also, the rooftop and the lounge areas on the main floor offer nice places to hang out w friends or study and those areas are always very clean.
The entire office staff is extremely helpful and made my move-in stress-free! Not to mention the location is fantastic as well as the amenities. 100% recommended!
Amenities are great and apartments are well kept. Staff is efficient and nice. They were very helpful with any questions. The grills on the roof and patios are a great add on. The pools and gym are extremely nice and clean. Would recommend this apartment.
Love living so close to creighton wirh such amazing amenities!
Great location, amenities, ambiance, and overall facilities management. You get what you pay for. It is especially convenient if you are a student at Creighton.
You can't beat the proximity to campus and the price for the space with amenities. I've lived in other places and this is nicer than other apartments I've lived at, for cheaper.
The atlas has so many amenities, you never have to leave the building. The gym, coffee shop, study locations, and location make it the perfect building for any creighton student. Plus, the roof has the best sunset views.
We've had the occasional maintenance issue as any apartment would, but the service at Atlas is incredible. They are alway very nice and address the request quickly.
This property has everything you could want. The location is close to campus, always has security and friendly staff. The building is clean, quiet, and offers amazing amenities. The Atlas Omaha was top of my list of rentals and I am glad to have gone with the choice.
As a medical student, I wanted an apartment that was accessible to campus and the highways, and Atlas ticked both boxes. The workout facilities and pools are clean and nice to have included in rent, and I absolutely love the outdoor communal spaces. Great option for students and commuters!
As a Creighton student, I have been living at the Atlas for 3 years. It has been a fantastic place to live with great amenities. Any issues I have had with my apartment have always been quickly rectified by maintenance. It has been a great experience overall.
I have lived here for about two years and I don’t regret it one bit. The Atlas has a high variety of amenities including two pools, study areas, beautiful roof top, workout room, basketball court, movie room, event rooms, etc. This complex is also perfect for college student especially for Creighton as there is a safe walk to campus using the bridge. Great place to live all around!
Amenities - The Ammenties are the key feature of the apartment complex. They have one full gym on floor one and one half on floor 8. They have a pool on the first floor and one on the 8th floor. They have a restaurant with solid bar/American food, a hair salon, and a coffee shop on the first floor. They have covered parking for a reasonable price. Lastly, they have various study rooms on the first and eighth floors, which is another nice feature. If you value amenities, this is probably the best property in the city near downtown. Young - This place is predominantly college undergrads and graduate students at Creighton. Some military members live here as well. With young people come a lot of "issues" like the smell of cannabis, people leaving trash in the hallways, people not following the rules, people taking people's parking spaces with no penalty, not replacing grocery carts, and not putting their trash/recycling down the shoot. If you want a place with firm rules, sophisticated residents, and clean individuals, this place probably is not ideal for you. Rooftop - The Rooftop is another key to this place. The rooftop is pretty amazing during the summer. It is one of the better views in Omaha. At the same time, because of the young population - the rooftop is often less than spotless, and the trashcans are filled by 7 pm. Additionally, during the summer, many non-residents come to the building. Therefore, at times it is overfilled and hard to use areas. They recently added increased security - hopefully, that will help the non-residents who find there way inside. Pro Tip: Get an apartment with a view. The inner circle apartments are pretty dark.
As a college student, living in the atlas omaha has been convenient, elegant and relaxing. The pricing of units are more than reasonable and one definitely receives a great value. Communication amongst staff is great and everyone is so helpful and friendly.
Best thing about living in the atlas is the access to amazing amenities. There is a gym (a small cardio suite too), two pools, lounge spaces, access to a cafe… definitely not things you’d find or have access to in other places. They are VERY well-maintained too. The housekeeping staff is awesome and makes sure everything is clean and in working order!
I’ve lived here for 4 years and I have not regretted it once! Great location in Omaha and the all the amenities are awesome, especially the rooftop and pools in the summer!
This place has been phenomenal. The amenities are incredible with 2 pools, barbecue areas, a sweet rooftop patio, a workout gym, a half-sized basketball court, common areas, theater room, and more. The best part is far and away the convenience for Creighton students. The medical school is literally across the street and the undergraduate campus is just the skybridge walk away. Management has always been pleasant and I have had no issues. My only gripe with this place is that the rooms are super dark and you get very little sunlight especially if you are lower levels and in an atrium-facing apartment. Definitely would recommend!
As a student at Creighton University, The Atlas is perfect because of its location. It is also the nicest apartment complex that I visited in Omaha
The apartments are big and the building has a lot of amenities.
The atlas is a great place to live. As a graduate student at Creighton it is very convenient to campus while still having the feel of not living on campus. The community areas are great for studying or any gathering outside your apartment. I was very impressed with the maintenance crew. I had a slight sink leak and they came early the next morning fixed it and even fixed something that wasn’t on the request form. The 24hr security is also a very nice feature.
Great experience! Very convenient for Creighton Students especially grad students. The community areas and amenities are very nice and love the study areas and weight room! Maintenance responds quickly and the leasing staff answers very quickly! Overall great place to live!
As a Creighton student, the Atlas is the perfect location and I can even cross the bridge to attend classes. This apartment is spacious, has an in unit washer and dryer and the Sydney I live in has a big kitchen with a huge island in the center. The amenities are second to none. The gym is small but has everything you need including 2 squat racks. Whenever I put in a maintenance request they respond within hours. Truly an amazing place to live with great staff!
Great apartments and the best amenities! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! Also at a great location that’s super close to Creighton’s campus!
The Atlas is a great place to live, clean and is very safe!
The staff is super nice always make sure things are taking care of. Always keep the facilities very clean and nice.
This apartment complex has so many amenities that are so convenient. The staff is very helpful and looks forward to assisting you with whatever you might need. I am so glad I decided to live here!
I absolutely love the amenities and living conditions at Atlas! The pools are very nice, and so are the community spaces. There is also a basketball court!
The Atlas apartments are pristine. The amenities are fantastic. And the staff are always so helpful. 10/10 place to live, especially for Creighton students. You can't beat the convenience
I have loved living at the Atlas. I think what is so great about living at the Atlas is the staff. At previous apartments I would have to wait hours or days to have things addressed. At the Atlas, by the time I think of something I can have it taken care of in minutes. I also appreciate the efforts to keep the building clean and safe. I recommended this building to someone yesterday and would recommend it to anyone.
I have lived at the Atlas for four years - I can't give up the amenities and resident experience the building offers. The view of midtown/downtown Omaha from my unit has also kept me here. You really can't beat the benefits of living in a complex like the Atlas. The rooftop pool/community area has designated me as the host whenever my friends and I get together. And the proximity to midtown & downtown nightlife makes it easy to go out and get home safely. In addition to the roof, the building is extremely secure, there's a massive gym, another pool, and more community areas with games to play. I don't plan on leaving Atlas until I move from Omaha or purchase a home!
Although it is on the more expensive side of apartments, it provides ease of access to all my classes especially if you decide to not get a car at the time.
Being a student, the atlas was very accommodating to me on adjusting my lease date moving in to the apartment and out of it after graduation. They made the transition seamless!
The Atlas is a safe and well-kept place to live! Maintenance requests are always taken care of immediately, and with the amenities, you cannot beat the price!
As a pharmacy student, this apartment has been the perfect space for me during my time at Creighton University. Besides the fact that it’s a convenient location, the amenities have been so useful. I have enjoyed the wide variety of places to study including the roof in the spring/summer which has been my personal fav. I enjoy having a gym and coffee shop within the building. My friends and I LOVE the volleyball courts in the summer! Highly recommended the Atlas for any college student looking for a safe and fun place to live.
The Atlas has been a great place to live while in Omaha! The amenities are great, and I enjoy how big the apartment complex is & how close it is to Creighton's campus!
Really enjoyed my time here. Rooms are well insulated and quiet. Amenities are very nice and always clean. Connected to the flight deck bar and restaurant which is very handy. Staff has always kind and maintenance is awesome. App is easy to use for all needs.
The atlas apartments have amazing amenities that are kept clean and tidy. Great apartment to have family and friends over as well as study with classmates. The bridge that connects to Creighton’s campus is a very nice feature and convenient feature for students. My favorite feature of the atlas apartments is sitting on the top to read a book and catch some sun.
We love living in the Atlas apartments because there are so many amenities and places to hang out. We also love the location as it is so close to downtown. Because of the structure of the building, it is very quiet and safe.
The facilities are extremely nice, with pools on multiple floors, gyms, and a movie room. Also the heated indoor parking option is a luxury, especially in the winter. Overall 5/5 stars undoubtedly
As a Creighton University student, the location is great! The size of the rooms are big. You would think not having windows in the room is a downside, but I actually like it because I sleep really well. The kitchen is nice with a stainless steel fridge and dishwasher. All of the amenities offered are more than I could ask for. The coffee shop on the 1st floor recently opened and it is very yummy. I would definitely recommend living here.
The Atlas has been a perfect fit for my college career. It is a very clean place and I have never felt unsafe here. The amenities are endless as there are two pools, a pool table, ping pong, basketball court, and roof top area with many grills. My lease is up in June and I am moving out as I’m graduating. I definitely would stay if I could.
Love it here, really nice place and so many amenities. Also good location.
Great location. Central. Clean. The office is responsive. I love living here.
Amazing Amenities with regular maintenance & very friendly staff. The entire experience from moving in through my entire stay here has been great.
