So far I really enjoy living here (since June 10, 2021). It is quiet, neighbors are very friendly and staff, maintenance crew are very professional and cordial.

The owners of The Atlee Apartments ,BREIT STEADFAST MF ROSEMONT TX LP, have a complete disregard for their property in Olmos Park, TX. To allow the pathetic maintenance of this property to continue to deteriorate is appalling. Add to the fact that the management company, Greystar Management, has the nerve to tout itself as “ the Global Leader in Rental Housing” is insulting. Years of promise of fixing the landscaping led to one drainage improvement project. Dead tree branches everywhere as usual. Mud, where there should be grass, going on for years. A fence section has fallen down and not repaired for several weeks. Broken sprinkler head spewing water for weeks at front entrance now has algae growing in its continued water flow ( SAWS has been contacted ). Worse, a large fountain feature in the courtyard has been broken, and could be repaired, for months now has black algae growing in it ( San Antonio Health Department has been notified ). Broken bench in their private dog park which is also rendered useless by the lack of grass. The two front security gates leading in and out of complex broken for weeks. So much for high security. All this documented on my 1/2 hour walk on June 6, 2021. One would think management would be more proactive to these issues. Current overall management is oblivious to the deteriorating overall property. The Atlee Apartments are being run into the ground.

The Atlee is full of affordable, cozy apartments, which are well-maintained by a team of talented and hardworking maintenance people. The Atlees location near restaurants, HEB, and Trinity University makes life here extremely easy. The residents are really nice and come from many different backgrounds, including students, families, and working people. Parking is usually abundant and conveniently located. Overall, life here is very comfortable and I have many more positive things to say than negative.

Private secluded atmosphere, easy access to expressway and hot spots for entertainment , eating and shopping, landscaping is attractive and very clean. Management prompt when responding. Courteous and professional staff .
Curb appeal is one of the most important aspects of any rental property. When you first view a property, a healthy and lush landscape sets you apart from other properties. For years, The Atlee (formally Rosemont) has cared less about all the dead and dying trees, shrubs and grass. What once were stately trees that provided shade to the complex are now either completely dead (and still not cut down) or dying a painful death. The irrigation has not functioned in years. Large branches are constantly dying and breaking off the trees sometimes hitting cars. One would think this would set off alarm bells with the potential liability but not with these folks. Although to fix the irrigation may be expensive, a PROACTIVE approach years ago would have avoided what is now a more expensive fix of replacing all the dead landscaping. Shameful really.

We are looking at this complex for an apartment for our daughter. I have had multiple concerns with the property management and I haven’t even rented yet. Leasing office and call center do not know the hours of operation of the office (resulting in an appointment before anyone was available at the office), being assured we can call or email with questions but meeting with no voicemail available and no answer to email. This could be a bad sign of inability for renters to contact a person in the office or even leave a message to get a call back. Too expensive to have such shoddy business practice
it's too expensive. For being a gated community the gate has been stuck open on several occasions and many people sometimes tend to us the exit to enter but there no way to stop them. Many people park in others residence paid spots and when it's brought up nothing comes from it, we should have pro-rated rates when we've gone several days not able to use our own spot. There's too many renovations going on and some without 24hr notice, this makes it difficult to sleep for residences that work overnight and sleep during the day. 24hr notice would be appreciated so those that sleep during the day can make arrangements to sleep elsewhere. Location takes long when payment is made to take money which leaves residences not knowing how many funds they have to spend on other things.
I would recommend it because the apartments are nice, they are reasonably priced, and it is in a great location. I would not recommend it to someone who sees themselves needing a lot of assistance from the office. The office staff has been very inconsistent in the past two and a half years that I have lived here. I can tell they are working on improvement, but it is going to be a slow process.
Wow. When you move out, their standard practice is to immediately turn the residents final water bill and other charges that are not disclosed to the tenants into a collection agency who will harass you and threaten you. We are almost 60 days from move out and we still have had no update on the status of our deposit. They never asked for an updated address when we moved out and we personally returned them to the office and in fact waited all day on move out day because no one was in the office. (We had to call the 1800 number to help us locate them.)

Community is generally quiet, maintenance staff is very good and office staff nice as well.
I love the community and although people park in my reserved spot everything else is satisfactory.
I need to live in the community before I can give an accurate review to friends or family.
The staff are so friendly and the grounds and halls are kept clean. Nice neighbors and visitors.
The apartment and complex is nice and suitable, but the lack of a washer/dryer was an issue for me and I found a complex with a better location to my job, distance and traffic-wise. Especially as I'm new to the city and navigating the roads here for the first time, I wanted to be as close as possible.
I have been a resident for a number of years and always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and courteous. Customer Service is always a 10!!

I would definitely recommend this apartment community. In fact, I would have leased here, except I visited a property downtown, also a nice property, that was running a special I couldn't pass up, and I prefer the downtown location. Leasing agent Aaron did a great job of making me feel welcome in the apartment community and was knowledgeable of the ins & outs of the different leasing options, dates, etc.
The walls and ceiling are so thin I can hear everything from neighbors to trash truck clearly. The elephant upstairs will one day break through and land in my lap on the couch.
I would not due to all the stray cats everywhere and the outdoor cats of apartment renters that feed them outside. Animals should be indoor pets only according to the apartment policy yet many people have outdoor cats.
I have been renting apartments for more than 15 years, and never have I experienced a bigger disaster than I did at this place. It is a wonderful location, and I lived here several years ago when it was under better management. Returning was a huge, huge mistake. For starters, the unit was not ready on the move-in date. It was filthy, with food left in the oven, dirt on the blinds., nails sticking out of the carpet and the shower rod falling down. For most of the first week, the air conditioning did not work. Then the garbage disposal quit. It took me a week to get someone to answer a service request. From the first week on, I regularly found roaches creeping into the kitchen, which I keep spotless. And the most infuriating thing is management never showed the slightest concern about any of this. They will nickel and dime you every chance they get, and they will smile and lie to your face when they tell you they will "see what we can do." I ended up paying to break the lease to get away from the misery. Save yourself the heartache and never move here.

Located in walking distance of unique shops, restaurants and bars in the heart of San Antonio's historic Olmos Park, Rosemont is the perfect apartment complex to call home. Minutes from area attractions, the location is also convenient to the major highways and airport. As recent transplants to San Antonio, my husband and I have enjoyed living here for the past year. We recently happily renewed our lease! The location is ideal for us, and the neighborhood is beautiful. Management is very receptive to any needs or complaints. The apartments are updated with ample storage and luxuries amenities. My favorite weekend location is lounging by the resort style pool with my kindle, while we utilize the grill and socialize with the friendly neighbors. Rosemont at Olmos Park has been a wonderful place for us to call home!
I lived at this community for 3 years, and just relocated to another state. I LOVED living at Rosemont!! The location is great, in the Olmos Park area. I could walk to restaurants, the park, and shops. They're close to The Quarry, but without all the traffic. Brandi and Aaron in the office are friendly and helpful. They were always available for me. I only had a couple of maintenance problems while there, and they were fixed immediately. If I ever move back to San Antonio, I will be living at Rosemont!!!
Horrible staff. They are beyond rude here and never keep up with paperwork and bills. It took us 7 tries to get our forwarding address changed correctly. Meanwhile Rosemont staff continued to send us bills at our old address (which they obviously knew we wouldn't receive!) and then got a debt collector involved. When we called the office and asked why they would send our bills to an address they knew we weren't at and wouldn't receive mail at, the rude man said 'your problem'. Rude people out to get your money. Oh, and good luck getting anything fixed.
To keep this review short, as I'm sure I could bore you with my drama filled experience, the apartments are nice. Nice appliances and cabinets, etc. I never had any noise issues, but I lived on the third floor. I never had a safety issue. We did have security alarms, but management had 0 idea how to turn them on. We were told they could be turned on and make noise when a door or window was opened, even if you did not pay for a monitoring service; however, management could not explain why ours did not work. Neither could maintenance. Maintenance....Our A/C never was 100% full functional. If we ever set it from auto to on, the entire unit would break down and we would be left to the Texas heat for a few days. Once it was "fixed," we would have to set it to 64, wait for it to hit 64, then we could set it to a normal person's preferred temperature. Hello, electric bill. Finally, management. Oh...management. They are a complete and utter mess. They switch out the entire staff ever few months so that any problems you have with the previous staff, the current staff will claim that they weren't here and you can't be mad at them. Any problems you have with the current staff, they will simply ask that you understand they're new and trying to get settled in. Currently, all of my calls and emails are being dodged because they do not want to explain a $50 carpet cleaning fee on my final charges, even though we paid $180 for professional carpet cleaners. I have actually been hung up on, my calls completely ignored. Mind you, I did not use any profanity and tried to maintain as much composure as possible through the last month of dealing with management. They will cancel appointments without telling you. Tell you they are too busy, even to do small tasks such as ensure that a piece of paper is inside your file. You will sign the same contract multiple times or hand them multiple copies of the same piece of paper, because they will forget to actually place it in your file. They will tell you you have yet to give 60 days notice, even though you were in the office a week prior, asking if there was any paperwork or official process to begin toward move out (where they will respond "no."). tl;dr Don't move here. There are cheaper places around the area that are less of a headache. I'm done trying to resolve the $50 charge and actually speak to a professional to ask what is going on. Now I'm just an angry ex-resident with nothing but a laptop and internet connection to write these nasty reviews.
