Document Everything

Lived there for 5 years. The location is great. However, rent increase per year was high esp when new management took over. Plumbing issues frequently occurred making them have to cutoff the water for a day at time but multiple times. Water leaks also occurred which caused damage to the apartment from the upper floor and the piping within the ceiling. Interestingly, they deducted money from the security deposit to fix what was damaged (due to water leaking from the ceiling.....!). Avoid or make sure to document everything as soon as it happens.

Not worth of the cost and the management changes every 6-12 months and hikes the rent by 15-16%?? Average annual hike For working people is 2-8%. Could you believe this ??
