Property Ratings at The Atrium
Two drug related incidents in the last 8 months here involving residents and children (look them up online). Three previous property managers in the last 18 months. Units are very outdated-carpeting and Formica countertops. The only facilities they have available are the pool and a very small gym—the grill by the pool has been broken since I moved here. There are gates at the entrance, but they don’t work. The property manager is rarely in the office. None of the staff live on property, which is disappointing because maybe then they would make living here more personal. Upkeep on actual units is not done. For the price you pay, you can find a better community that’s kept up with more updated and has better amenities.
I cannot say enough about how great it is to finally see an apartment community, that is well managed and maintained. Besides my own home ,I lived in for many years until my husbands death, I have lived no where better. I lived in one of the neighboring property's that was like a nightmare. Daphne seems to have a huge shortage of rental property that would even meet current codes, or is close to being a slum in some situations. Not Here.... The Paladin at Jubilee puts every complex on notice in Daphne. The Big Guns have arrived, either clean up your act or knock them down and rebuild. Everything at The Paladin at Jubilee is special. All beautiful patio homes with garages, staff that cares. and many nice neighbors, all at an affordable rental rate. I cannot wait to use the huge kitchen when my grown children come home. I cannot say enough without you thinking this review is fake. Molly the manager is so dear and respectful. She understood my duress trying to move out of the other place and move in at The Paladin at Jubilee. This Community and its management staff and ownership, remember the way to act, hopefully we all aspire to do the same. Honesty and Integrity to a fault. I wished my former husband who was a pastor for many years, could be here with me. This community and its staff causes me to have more faith , it had slipped for a moment after my last place. Thank you Molly for making this my home.
