Property Ratings at The Atrium
I lived at the Atrium for one year. Management was nice, the apartment was clean and freshly painted when I moved in. It was pretty spacious. When I first moved in, there weren't any kids, it was pretty quiet most of the time, might hear conversation and music on the weekends. Clean pool. They are pet friendly but I didn't like the way dogs were always off leashes, I overheard an incident that happened outside where a dog had bitten another resident. Love animals but there were just too many unruly and unpredictable dogs out there. The kitchen was remodeled and really nice. The only incident that happened while I was there was I was out of town and my apartment flooded, they called me and told me what was happening and that they were going to enter and fix it. I came back home and it looked like nothing happened, I was relieved. It is near ASU, Mill Ave, and music venues, the residents were nice, this couple I lived next to would constantly argue at 3 AM and then "make up" if you catch my drift, but luckily they moved out. Never had any pest problem. They were always quick to help me with anything. All utilities included too and community wifi. I would have renewed my lease but my mother was ill and needed to go care for her.
Love the community, and managers are friendly. Great apartment living aside the roaches. Looking too move but expenses to live somewhere nicer without roaches is too expensive for our budget.
