Property Ratings at The Atrium
This place is terrible. There are always homeless people, thugs and crackheads wandering and sleep in the back hallways late at night. Police in the front do nothing about it. Management does nothing. Concierge does nothing about it. Imagine trying to raise a child here. Very unsafe. Surveillance Cameras in the building do not work. No one in management cares about safety of residents.
Management is unresponsive and rude! Residents are trifling and at this point it seems like they're just approving anyone to move in... why would you approve someone with no employment and expect them to care about their surroundings? SMH There is a roach infections that clearly they can not do anything about because I've had several treatments and they are not helping. I leave no trash out and have a very clean unit but still randomly see a roach every now and then absolutely embarrassing! The icing on the cake and reason I came to write this review we have trash chute on each floor instead of the residents putting the chute they just sit it by the door. The other day I went to discard my trash I seen a mouse run out the door A MOUSE! I HATE IT HERE!!!!!
I love my new spot its right next to metro and everything. The manager is so cool she just had a back to school bash for all the kids and they got book bags and school stuff. We turned up wit Elmo and Cookie Monster.

Thanks a million for making our day! We’re excited to have you as a part of our community and hope that you love your new home. Have a wonderful day! ~ Customer Success Team
I just moved into this place November 2016. I am the most calm easy going person. So believe me when I say the only thing good about this place is the cheap rent. Park 7 has horrible management, don't believe me try calling them and getting them at the 5th try on any day. Moving in was horrible as I had to drive during my lunch break 6 times just and before getting an answer to my application. I prayed that was the only time I would need the leasing office. But atlas I went on vacation and came back to find out my car was towed even though the office has my plates number and they personally know my car as stated by the office team. I asked why they towed my car even though my car was registered under my apartment... Long story short I have to pay close to $300 to get my car back.... IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE!!!! PS. They only respond to happy reviews which they begged and planted residents to put because of the bad reviews they have on EVERY site.
This is the worst community I've ever lived in. The management team is rude and are not willing to compromise with anyone with a disability. The building in the non common areas are nasty and poorly kept. I've lived in this building for less than a year and I've had complaints almost a month in after signing my lease. They tow when they want or who they want. I would advise anyone who care about their surroundings and want a peaceful living space DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
Nice sized roommate style hints A very peaceful building for its location Convenient location to metro literally a hop away and parking for residents off the street.
The building and spaces are nice, however the management team needs to catch with the maintenance demands in the common areas that are created by ratchet neighbors that aren't used to living in nice spaces.
i think this apartment is very nice like it it has a lot offer and its in a good location im happy here its very nice
Park 7 represents luxury living within the heart of the city for affordable prices. Some people question the area for safety , however park 7 serves to protect all residents with a gated community. Offering many different resources from a inside gym to an outdoor rooft top pool. Park 7 represents affordable living and ephemeral energy.
