The Attleigh has been a wonderful place so far for me to call home. They are pet friendly. Which I absolutely love , as I work with animals. A clean, quite complex near the Hilliard area. Oh most of all the amazing staff and management. Nathan and Justice are great to communicate with.

The Attleigh has been such a breath of fresh air! I took over a sublease and the staff in the office made it so easy and were so friendly and helpful since day one! I have enjoyed the community. My kid has throughly loved living here from being able to play outside and have fun in the sun at the pool. I feel safe in my own home and knowing the whole complex lights up on it’s own at night is very reassuring. I have had zero issues with noise and everyone has been friendly. I am very thankful for the Attleigh and staff!

We moved into The Attleigh in December when we were transferred to the area from Kansas City MO. Allie was our rep and she was amazing at working with us knowing we were moving long distance. Since we moved in any repairs have been done super quickly, and the office is very responsive to complaints. We have had some issues with noise from neighbors and their pets banging and whining until late at night. The only other issue is a lack of disabled parking. The apartment is beautiful, and it is a quiet community.

The Attleigh is a wonderful set of apartments. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is also very quick to respond with issues. The apartments are also located in a spot close to stores, gas, etc. 5 stars in my book!

Under Champion Management, they go above and beyond to meet their tenants needs. When a maintenance request is submitted, it’s always been completed within a day. They started a recycling program and have cleaned up the appearance of the property. They are already doing great things to get the community involved. Adopt a school program for the holidays. Great new management company.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Current management is incredibly unhelpful and cheap. They charged us for ridiculous things at every opportunity. Maintenance was useless, like the management. Place looked nice at first, but everything is cheaply made. The location is awful--just driving out of the place is a nightmare. You deserve MUCH better.
Staff is always willing to go above and beyond for any of my needs. the maintenance does a great job! Nicole and Bethany and Marchelle are extremely helpful- Great place to live!

Staff has been amazing on all levels. Before I moved in, I was treated like family. I had a lot of furniture delivered and they held it for me while I was out of town on business. Since moving in I love, not just my place but the grounds. I have met some of the residents and everyone seems to be pleased with their stay as well.

The new management is very unprofessional. No reenforcement for tenants letting dogs poop all over the property. Maintenance does not communicate with you before they enter your unit for work orders. Pedifiles look over the balcony at the pool and take pictures of young women. PLEASE AVOID

It's been a very pleasant experience living here the past 6 weeks. The staff is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond. Mike, the property manager is really attentive and strives for excellence. With so many choices of new apartment complexes, it's the staff who sold it. Neighbors are great. It's overall pretty quiet and I LOVE my patio. It's pet friendly. It's small but the layout in my 1-br is great. No real wasted space. My bills aren't too bad yet for electric and water. The high ceilings are cool. Love the free membership to Premier at Sawmill. The pool and clubhouse here is super nice! Parking is becoming more limited but still hasn't become a problem. I definitely recommend!!!
