This is a nice community but some residents should do better about picking up their trash and their animal’s waste. The apartment is very spacious and I love the amenities…would be better if residents would all take part in making sure the hallways and the outdoors are clean.
Use to be a great place to live. Sad to see how it’s declined over the years.

As in any apartment community you live in, nothing is perfect. There are always pros and cons no matter where you may live. As far as my experience at the Atwell it has been a good one for me as I've been here for multiple years. I feel as if any time I may have needed some assistance I've always been helped to satisfaction and the team has made it a pretty simple and stress free environment for me.

This is a great place! The amenities will make you feel you are at a mini resort right outside your doorstep!Everyone here is so friendly and you will feel right at home! Love the area! Quick drive to all your shopping needs! And Devin is the go to! She’s super awesome and professional and will respond to any concerns quickly! Thank you Devin!
I’ll start with the good which isn’t much. It’s a smaller complex with only 2 buildings, maintenance (especially Freddie) try to do what they can, the apartments themselves have a nice look. They have a lot of social events for residents & their pets.That’s pretty much it. EVERYTHING else including management is horrible. If you ever plan on coming home after7pm good luck finding parking behind the gate or on the street.Weekends are bad too if you’re ever out after 10pm. Please don’t forget to register your vehicle with the tow truck company because they will come & tow your vehicle in the middle of the night(even if legally parked) Depending on who the latest management/leasing team is when you move in they may or may not provide you with that info so do yourself a favor and make sure you get it even if you provide your vehicle info to the complex at the time of move-in. Broken stairwell doors, and dog poop(watch your step) in the hallways, stairwells are constants. We have Amazon lockers for packages that the delivery drivers rarely use, so more than likely(at least 50% of the time) your packages will be left on the mailroom floor along with other residents packages so try to be home when that delivery comes or you likely won’t get it. And good luck getting anyone to review camera footage for you to figure out what happened(did another resident take your package, did the UPS/FedEx driver steal it, did the mail carrier put it in the wrong mailbox? Again good luck in finding out…and yes the last 2 did actually happen to me)The internet service provider that they force you to have is a company I nor the leasing agent at the time of my application had ever heard of. You have no option to choose someone else because it’s pre-wired in the apartment & automatically billed with your rent every month. It also goes out &leaves you without internet service for anytime between a few minutes or a few hours(2different occasions it went out for 4+ hours in the 7 months I’ve been here w/no explanation & it wasn’t bad weather)Water pressure is horrible in the evenings when most residents are home(yes they know it’s an issue butdon’t care to try &fix it) If you enjoy thin walls this is your place. Veronica the manager is rude and takes no responsibility or accountability for anything & good luck trying to reach anyone in their corporate office either. I still have 6 months left on my lease & I’m already looking for somewhere else to go. They couldn’t pay me to renew.
I was a resident at the Atwell for over two years (since the opening) and I loved living there!! The pool and gym are fabulous and it is a nice community very centrally located!
I feel very safe here. Apt is immaculate. Greystar somehow always finds the nicest, kindest & knows their information staff! I appreciate them so much.
The Atwell has been great! We have lived here for almost two years and plan to resign our lease again. We moved here for safety reasons and have had no issues or concerns. My only con is the compact parking and landscaping flowing all over the property when it rains… not sure who decided to put mulch and plants all over the place with no landscaping maintenance.

My experience to move here has been a natural disaster. I was shown updated apt and I picked outdated apt. The apartment looks 10 years old. The apartment was not move in ready with multiple issues that should have been fixed prior to move in. The apartment should have been cleaned prior to me moving in. This is result of poor management
I wrote a review a month ago out of anger and sleep deprivation. I’ve had a month to think about it and I am still not happy living here. When we first moved here, the community was well kept. Since January the apartments have gone down. The residents don’t care about the property. Every other resident has a dog and none of them clean up after them. There’s a courtyard you can’t enjoy because it’s full of poop, even though there’s a dog park just feet away. The maintenance crew are just glorified poop scoopers and don’t have time to actually fix stuff. My biggest issue is the paper thin ceilings. There’s a toddler that lives above me and it is nonestop stomping and dropping of toys, weights, whatever. Management considers this typical apartment noise and say there’s nothing they can do about it. I’ve lived in several apartments on the first floor and have never been this miserable. These apartments are poorly built and we will not be renewing. I spend half the month staying with family and friends just to get away from the noise and it sucks because I pay rent for an apartment I cannot be happy in. I do not recommend these apartments.

The property on the outside is beautiful the amenities are beautiful, but the quality of life in the units is not so much. I've had bad experience after bad experience each week and I've only been here 2 months on the 1st. They rush to lease the units and don't do proper walkthroughs they don't check to assure all things are working properly. My clothes were ruined by their washer and the management team didn't even care enough to compensate for my troubles. Instead tried to inconvenience/embarrass me by offering to allow me to use a vacant unit. I pay way too much money for this kind of trouble. So sad!
I LOVE living at Atwell. Apts are beautiful, modern & immaculate. Office staff & maintenance are second to none. I feel totally safe and secure here.
I would recommend this community to anyone looking for great customer service and a well maintained property. The staff is very friendly and professional. The turnaround time for service requests are excellent, as well as the maintenance guys.

The Atwell is a great place to stay. The apartment homes are beautiful, the staff is friendly and always professional however I just wish they would manage the trash and dumpster's better. Sometimes it looks very trashy and that is really one of the biggest perceptions of a community when you pull up to it.
So I’m currently looking to move so I’ve been visiting apartments, & I must say this place won me over! Dylan made me feel as I was a resident already! Great spirit, very welcoming and answered all of my questions without hesitation! The place is beautiful! & I will be running over as soon as my current lease is up! Thanks a bunch Dylan!!

I moved in a few months ago and it has been amazing. The gym and clubhouse is amazing. They have a really amazing coffee machine. The staff is also the best they took the time to learn me and my dogs name and is always so helpful.
