About The Audrey
Welcome to the Audrey, a lavish and modern-eclectic apartment complex located right at the intersection of Wilshire Blvd and Western Ave, the very heart of Koreatown! The Audrey completed construction recently, so it’s brand new and very clean inside. This apartment complex is for those who are looking for something well-designed but also fun. While there are decadent motifs throughout the building, emulating the 1920’s, there are also cheeky details such as the rooftop putting park, each unit’s kitchen tiles, and the colorful public spaces. Every unit comes with its own fully equipped kitchen, dryer/washer, and central AC. Some units even have double vanity sinks! Anyone would find their stay extremely comfortable here. And to add the cherry on top, the Audrey also has a gym, rooftop BBQ, and a Sunlit pool and spa. All public spaces are open now and follow all covid precautions! For more information, please contact us today!
The Audrey is an apartment community located in Los Angeles County and the 90005 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Los Angeles Unified attendance zone.

Koreatown is a vibrant LA neighborhood fille with hidden gems, bars, eateries, and a collision of cultures. As the name suggests, the atmosphere in Koreatown is heavily influenced by Korean culture. The neighborhood is a favorite destination among foodies city-wide for its endless selection of authentic Korean restaurants, but the community has a much more diverse character than that: the broad range of cultural influences is exemplified in landmarks like the synagogue and contemporary art gallery of the Wilshire Boulevard Temple, the Latin fusion cuisine of Roy Choi’s restaurants, and the popular German/Korean/Hawaiian tinged gastropub, Biergarten.
Although the area is a hot spot for LA residents’ day trips, Koreatown is known as one of the best places to live in LA. Most locals rent their homes and enjoy parks, coffee shops, and stores within walking distance of their apartments.

Property Ratings at The Audrey
Styed just 1 year. Its Little expensive, but it's well-maintained. They are pretty excellent. Clean and cozy.
TL;DR: Don't lease units at the Audrey or any Tripalink managed properties. It's poorly managed, they lease out broken-down units, take forever to get anything fixed, and do not value making things right. ------ We moved in on Jan. 27th and it was a nightmare for 3 days before things would become somewhat normal. It was very apparent that this unit was not ready to be leased at all. For 3 days straight, we had to constantly hound the manager with emails/calls to be urgent about what was wrong with our unit because for 3 long days, we didn't have any of the following basic amenities: -The toilet was broken. Can ya'll imagine not having a bathroom in your place of residence? Every time we had to use the bathroom, we'd have to go into the lobby and ask the security guard to use their bathroom. -The only water that came out of any faucet was super hot water. -The fridge was super dirty and was broken. -The washer/dryer was broken and had a pool of dirty water sitting inside of it. -AC/heater was broken. -The shower was not only dirty but missing the handle/trim making it useless. -The balcony screendoor was missing. -Sink disposable, you guessed it, BROKEN. While all this was going on, we didn't have our parking spots either because the remote key card maker was, DING DING DING, broken. A myriad of other things to add to that list but ya'll get the point. I gave up on anything else and did it myself. When things were finally fixed, we were looking to be reimbursed for 3 days of rent for the unit being uninhabitable and have the parking fees be prorated since we didn't have parking. To this day, all the manager says is management is still going through legal to see if we're warranted anything. AKA they don't care. Here are some other things to note. If you guys tour this place, ask to see the package room. Good luck receiving and finding your packages in there. Mine have gotten lost so many times already since it's a small closet for 200 units. The elevators here are constantly broken. They keep sending people in to repair it to have it work for only 2 days. As you can see, anything that needs repair, will most likely take months and months for anything to be done but only if you keep badgering them to do it. If upper management is reading this, ya'll need to do better and check to see how your properties are being run.
I had so many problems and people here are not professionals they made a mess on my bathroom and they refuse to fix the mess that they made, paint everywhere, bathtub with brown stains it doesn’t correspond with the value of the rent
