Wellshire is known as one of the city’s best neighborhoods to live in. Wellshire is home to several parks and the Wellshire Golf Course. Wellshire also has bike lanes and trails like the High Line Canal Trail for residents to enjoy. KEEP LOOKING
This apartment seems great for the price but it is NOT worth the hassle. My apartment looks NOTHING like the photos: no ceiling fan, no closet doors, old scratched up brown doors, no WiFi included despite the numerous mentions across platforms. In order to get anything done you have to spam the maintenance/leasing team. The owner is so tricky he makes it impossible for anything to be fixed. It is NOT worth the hassle- trust me.
