Infested with roaches and mice and they do LITERALLY NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!! My package was stolen, worth $500, and they said they can’t do anything about it and they don’t have cameras….I GET A MONTHLY CHARGE FOR A CAMERA FEE THOUGH?? I genuinely hate this place so much. I want to break my lease SO BAD.

Do not move here if you can help it. I will be breaking my lease so I can leave early. It is constantly infested with mice and bugs. My health is on the decline. The mice chew through the walls and they just lay down a few traps. I have new mice every week and I can’t get rid of them. Don’t move here, it seems others have had the same problems as me

My mother moved here recently and loves it. The staff is very helpful to her, and the neighbors are friendly. Her apartment is newly renovated with lovely hardwood floors and brand new appliances. Extremely good value.

Broke my lease to get away from this place. Lived here almost two year. In that time there have been multiple bed bug infestations, cockroaches in abundance, and druggie tenants. The office staff is intermittently responsive. A few members of the staff are great and willing to help with others being very dismissive. In some instances of pest infestations it has taken contacting the Health Department to prompt the property manager to take action. Management aside, the area itself is infested with homeless, with multiple "camper" taking up residence in a field behind some units while others set up tents in the enclosures where the trash dumpsters are housed.
