Property Ratings at The Avenue
Moving here is one of my best decisions. I just had that feeling during the tour + leasing process, it felt different! Leasing process was transparent and fast. Now that I am living here, LOVE the amenities. The coffee bar has replaced my Starbucks expense, and the pool feels like staying at a hotel. Very happy here!
I’ve lived at Avenue Apartments since 2021, and my experience has been very positive. The team here is always responsive to any requests, and work orders are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference in daily life. One of the highlights of living here has been the sense of community. My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the pumpkin patch event in the community garden last October. It was a great opportunity to meet other parents and make new friends. The security is excellent as well, giving us peace of mind. Overall, Avenue Apartments has been a fantastic place to call home, and we’ve truly enjoyed being a part of this vibrant community. We’re looking forward to renewing our lease for another year.
This apartment might look nice from pictures but it is a terrible place to live. Other reviews have said the same: the new management is AWFUL (like kids running a college dorm), the pool is full of loud, drunk people at least 5x a week (that you will hear clearly from your apartment), people line the hallways with garbage on days that they're not supposed to but nothing is enforced so the smell is horrendous (I have also seen cockroaches in the halls), parking isn't enforced so there's always random people taking up all the spots, the appliances/paint/apartment features are extremely cheap, etc. Management is seriously so rude and unhelpful - I have not met 1 person in management here that was kind or did their job well. No part of this place is worth the price. You're better off living literally anywhere else. I cannot wait for my lease to be up.
Ever since this apartment complex was purchased, the quality of living here has severely diminished. It has pretty much turned into a college dorm, with no consideration for who moves in and absolutely NO reinforcement of community rules, such as PARKING. It takes almost 30 minutes to find a parking space and usually, it’s on the other end of the complex. I once had a man bang on my window after I parked and shouted at me until I pulled out and let him park. What happened to registering guests and providing stickers to those who live here? Such a joke. Don’t move here... spend your money elsewhere.
Living here has unfortunately been a terrible experience. It looks nice, but don’t let that fool you. Just a few things that have happened in the last year- 1. Yard work starts anywhere from 7:30-8. Management says it’s not supposed to start till 9, but it continues to happen. 2. Poor quality construction, things fall apart. Cabinets don’t stay screwed in, paint was quickly/cheaply done, paint drops everywhere, even handles on the cabinets are off center/ off balance. 3. People go to the pool at all hours of the night and if you are lucky enough to have a pool view you will hear them ( they do have a courtesy guard who you can call and they will address the noise issues... but it still doesn’t help when you get woken up at night and have to call... it gets old quick) 4. Valet trash is terrible... the halls stink and you have to cover your nose just to breathe without throwing up. 5. Some people that live here don’t care and leave trash everywhere. Beer bottles, cans, food, etc in random places around the community. 6. Walls are pretty thin. I can hear people talk, argue, etc. I gave a 2 start only because management does seem to care, but a lot of these can’t be controlled just by management saying they care. I truly can’t wait to move from here in the next few weeks.

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate your fellow neighbors have not taken the same care in keeping the community clean. As we are informed or come across an issue, we will continue to address the matter. Please alert the leasing office of any concerns so we can keep Elan Maison beautiful. Please feel free to come in the office anytime to talk in person and address any concerns you have. Thank you again,
We love living at Elan Maison, is like a vacation resort. The staff is very friendly and professional especially Cheri and Jennifer who are always professional and very helpful answering questions and planning events for all the residents in the community. Beautiful amenities, upscale apartments with quality appliances just a pleasurable experience to live here.

There’s a lot to say about this community let’s start off with the office staff My first interaction was with a gentleman named Paul he’s an amazing guy and always give me answers to questions before I even asked not to mention he is a very friendly and easy going person to talk to my next encounter was with the property manager Jennifer She took her time to explain my lease and on the property features not to mention I must’ve been a pain in her rear end because I went back there twice to look at the apartment to make sure this was the right fit for me at no point in time the Jennifer or Paul ever turned me away from looking at the apartment more than once as we can say some properties we go to if you go back to more than once they were nothing to do with you because it’s all of my commission I can guarantee you this was not the case with this property no matter how many times I went back there I got The same respect and friendly staff Next let’s talk about the property itself the property is a beautiful property to be quite honest one of the best in Davie when you walk into this property you feel like you are at a resort property was kept clean not to mention they have two pools they even have a garden were you able to grow your own vegetables this property is closest to the highway schools shopping plaza and restaurants. A lot of people all concerned about parking because some of us have chili three cars this property has more than a parking for all the residents and guests that’s why think you don’t have to worry about at Elan Mason now let’s talk about the interior of the apartment The apartment has stainless steel appliances glass top stove’s gorgeous bathroom with double sink and glass showers not to mention the nice backsplash they have the kitchen and the best part about this property inside the unit you have a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer with an actual laundry room space the apartments have more than enough closet space and is this somebody that’s coming from a house turn apartment hardwood floors The apartment count with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms . I don’t know what more I can say about this property I recommend this property to everybody and looking to lease here ask for Jennifer Or Paul and I guarantee you they will take care of you reserve your apartment now before it’s all gone
