Not to be the bearer of bad news, but Seven Parks doesn’t encompass seven parks. It does however contain a cherished historic district with some of Lexington’s most characterful houses.
Seven Parks is a sought-after locale in the Kentucky’s second-largest city. Colonial-style homes and charming apartment buildings are shrouded by towering oak trees and white picket fences. Southland Drive rounds out the neighborhood’s southern border and is full of local restaurants serving everything from seafood to German cuisine. Seven Parks’ northern tip puts you just minutes away from Downtown Lexington, regardless if you’re driving or walking. It’s also a fantastic spot for college students, as the University of Kentucky sits on its eastern border.

Living at the axis has been fantastic as a UK student. It’s been incredibly convenient because it’s just a short walk to class. The peaceful atmosphere here is great for focusing on my studies and the safety measures make living alone feel secure. I highly recommend this community to other UK students.
Absolutely loving my experience at this apartment complex since moving here for college at UK! Being pet friendly is a huge plus for me, and the courtyard is such a chill spot to hang out with friends or study outdoors. One thing I really appreciate is how quick the maintenance team is to fix issues. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to call home while studying at UK!
I lived here my last 2 years of college. The location was great and it was within walking distance for most things. It was especially great for UK football games. The staff was excellent, always there when I needed them. Repairs were done on time and done correctly. For the price it is one of the best options. I would recommend living here if you are looking for a good place to live.
If any emergency situation ever arises when you live here, good luck. Management lies to residents and does not communicate effectively when things go wrong. There was a fire, and the whole place lost electricity, and residents were kept in the dark. They cut the phone lines and don't respond to texts. Very little support was offered, and everyone lost their apartment with little relocation help from management. These people don't actually care about their residents or this situation would've been handled differently. It was a good option for the price and location for a UK student before, but now, I am incredibly disappointed, AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

The Axis apartment is not only that is very suitable for me as it is the closest to my workplace but it is also very serene, neat and spacious units, with fantastic appliances included in the unit. But the best of all is the staff specially Kyle the manager. He is very accommodating and gives the answers to my queries and very prompt in taking actions to resolve any house maintenance concerns and other related matters.
I have lived at The Axis at 1435 for nearly 3 years. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. When you call with a request for maintenance or any other problem it is addressed within 24 hours. I am 75 years old and most of the tenants here are much younger and are very helpful and courteous to me. It is a great location for schools and for downtown. The rent includes many extras. This is an excellent choice for someone just moving to Lexington.

Not only is my "newly renovated apartment" covered in mold, they also towed my friend's car who visited for 20 minutes. Way overpriced for what you're getting. Do not rent from here.
Very nice and affordable living right next to campus!
