I recently moved into a new apartment, and the resident experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I toured the property, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with high-end finishes that add a touch of luxury. The building offers excellent amenities, including a fully equipped gym, a stylish communal lounge. I was particularly impressed with the responsive maintenance team, who promptly address any concerns. Additionally, the community vibe is friendly and inclusive, with regular resident events that help foster a sense of belonging.
Awesome place to live. Great location to be able to walk to stores, do banking, hair/nails done. We are right on the Amazon path for walking. There are two buses to catch within a block either way. The entire staff is great! Then once a week we have brew night with either beer or wine and great snacks. Great amenities - pool, hot tub, workout room, game room, pet wash/dog park and racket ball court. The lawn crew keeps the place up weekly.
So far these apartments have been great. Very quiet, great amenities, and very helpful people in the office. Looking forward to the rest of my time here!
Very quiet community, and friendly. Very well taken care of landscape, and the property management is very accommodating and nice. Apartments are upgraded and look great!
Clean, friendly environment. They have weekly fun neighbor nights to meet your neighbors. Staff is very professional. Love that pets are welcome.
Safe and quiet community with responsive management. Not the most scenic part of Eugene by a long shot but it's good for what is all things considered.
Overall, I love living at the Bailey. Management is prompt in responding to my inquiries or concerns and I appreciate the security company that patrols the grounds.

Great place to live for many reasons. Love the Bailey team as they are friendly, attentive and respectful. The grounds and facilities are kept up and safe. Love the neighborhood nights for meeting new residents and staying in touch with others. The amenities are awesome for all ages. Good location for tons of reasons like the bike path, stores, buses and restaurants. You can walk to many places such as the post office, banks, nail salons , hair salons and coffee shops.

shooting at the complex, cameras still not allowed, i genuinely don't feel safe anymore. the staff are lovely and the amenities and housing is wonderful but it's expensive and unsafe

Well kept facility and the staff is always on point. Any time we have a question or concern, they are easy to reach and address things immediately. I am in the ground floor and am happy with my location so far. The move in was easy and the apartment is spacious. The rooms are large. I have a 2:2. On the ground floor of any apartment you must be aware of anything you put on your patio as it may disappear, however there is a locking outside storage area that is good for locking up items. If you plan to have items on your patio that need safe keeping. I recommend a 2nd or 3 rd floor apartment.

Clean and relaxed with a nicely maintained pool/gym and security guards on site. It's expensive but not that bad considering how expensive everywhere else also is

I love living at the Bailey! My only two complaints are that the hot tub jets never work and it took an unnecessary amount of communication to have a mess cleaned up in the common space after a tenant vacated their unit. Overall, I still love living at the Bailey. Staff are friendly, professional and prompt in communication.

I like the amenities, such as the parcel delivery lockers. I like that the community feels like an oasis away from the more industrial surroundings. The leasing office has Tap Tuesdays ever month where they feature local beers. They do a good job of putting on events. The pool is nice, the complex is pretty quiet. So far I enjoy living here. They were built in 2016 so they are pretty new compared to what I am used to living in.

I was in a situation where my roommate and I were scrambling to find a place. Our first initial greeting & tour not only went extremely good, but the staff were so welcoming and made the process that much easier.

Since moving in earlier this month, we have settled in pretty quickly. We really like the invitations to community events and access to the amenities here. The location is beautiful and quiet in a peaceful way. It feels good to come home.

Dogs aren't picked up after, holes in fences allow apartments to be walkway for the homeless, homeless camps have been set up nearly on front porches. Management doesn't do anything. Sidewalks growing green and stained brown.

I am happy at the Bailey. I have lived here for over seven years (since it opened) The grounds are well kept and AT LAST (after 7 years) the outside windows have been washed. But getting my appliances repaired or replaced has been more than frustrating.

When I first moved into my apartment my neighbor had told me that she spoke with the contractor who built our building and was told this building along with two others were the WORST he’s ever built/seen. Also, there is literally never any parking at my building as there is only 8 actual spots for our entire building. I am always forced to park out on the street just for the city to ticket me for being parked in the bike lane?? Where else am I supposed to park? Also it’s really dumb that we have to rent parking spots and are only limited to one. My neighbors gas has been siphoned 5 times since we’ve been in this unit and had several cars broken into. My Ebike was stolen from their locked bike garage and they didn’t help me at all. Sure the buildings look cool but the appliances and air conditioning are both mediocre. This place would be empty if the housing market wasn’t in the sewers. Although I have many complaints the staff here is awesome and have been helpful with any real issues I’ve had.
